    Abstract: A method of treatment of aqueous liquid contaminated by pollutants, includes (i) mixing the contaminated aqueous liquid with a mineral binder in order to produce an homogeneous slurry, (ii) depositing the slurry, (iii) letting the slurry set and harden, wherein the mineral binder includes Portland cement, and wherein the contaminated aqueous liquid includes organic pollutants.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a pre-fabricated element for construction and electricity production includes providing a formwork mould; introducing a photovoltaic module into the formwork mould, and for this purpose vertically positioning the photovoltaic module against or in replacement of one of the walls of the formwork mould, the front face of the at least one photovoltaic module being arranged so as to face an area of the space located outside the mould; depositing an adhesive structural material or a mixture of adhesive structural materials on all or part of the rear face of the at least one photovoltaic module arranged so as to face an area of the space located inside the mould, the adhesive structural material including at least one polymer from the epoxide, polyurethane, acrylic, or styrene-acrylic family, and pouring fresh concrete into the formwork mould so as to cover the adhesive structural material.

    Abstract: In a foundation for a windmill with a circular or polygonal pedestal for supporting a windmill tower and a plurality of ribs, which project radially outwards from the pedestal, the pedestal is divided into a plurality of circumferential portions, wherein a circumferential portion and a rib are each formed by at least one prefabricated concrete element, respectively, and wherein the prefabricated concrete elements are made of reinforced concrete, which includes a first reinforcement structure, which includes radial tensioning elements, in particular tension rods or tensioning strands, for stressing the prefabricated concrete elements. A second reinforcement structure is also provided, which holds the circumferential portions together and is coupled with the first reinforcement structure, in particular the radial tensioning elements.

    Abstract: An arrangement for supporting a rotary drum, the rotary drum having at least three riding rings distributedly arranged along the axial direction of the rotary drum, the arrangement including a pair of relatively spaced rollers for supporting a riding ring, at least one bearing for each roller, a support for each bearing mounted for movement of the roller toward and away from the shell of the rotary drum and a spring system exerting a spring force acting on the support to counteract the weight of the rotary drum resting on the rollers, wherein the spring system includes a pressure vessel charged with a compressed gas that exerts the spring force and the rotary drum includes at least three riding rings and only at least one middle ring arranged between two outer rings is supported by a pair of relatively spaced rollers that are equipped with the spring system.
