A method for charging an inter-Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) roaming data service online, and a device are presented. The method includes, after determining that an access subscriber is a roaming subscriber, establishing, by a visited-place packet data network gateway, an online charging session for the access subscriber; determining a first charging information parameter list; sending, to a home online charging system, a first quota request message that carries a rating group; receiving a roaming data service quota of the rating group sent by the home online charging system; and sending first charging information to the home online charging system according to the first charging information parameter list. The disclosed embodiments can simplify a network connection between a visited-place PGW and an OCS of another operator that has a roaming agreement with the visited-place operator, reduce network connection complexity, and improve network connection efficiency.

A data service charging method, which is applied in a communications network of a policy and charging control (PCC) mechanism, and includes receiving, by an online charging system (OCS), a session setup request message from a gateway device, where the request message carries indication information indicating that the gateway device supports a charging session granularity of an Internet Protocol-connectivity access network (IP-CAN) session, and processing, by the OCS, the session setup request message according to the indication information and according to the charging session granularity of an IP-CAN session, and adding, to a response message to be returned to the gateway device, indication information indicating that the OCS performs charging according to the charging session granularity of an IP-CAN session.

The present disclosure relates to the field of mobile communications, and more specifically, to a charging session management method and apparatus. The present disclosure provides a charging session management method, where when user equipment (UE) is in a state of accessing to a network, there is an internet protocol (IP)-Connectivity access network (CAN) bearer between a Gateway and the UE, where the IP-CAN bearer is used to transmit a data flow of the UE, and a charging session exists between the Gateway and a charging system; and the method includes: when a charging session established for the IP-CAN bearer exists between the Gateway and the charging system, terminating, by the Gateway, the charging session if determining that no data flow is transmitted on the IP-CAN bearer within a time threshold; and establishing, a new charging session for the IP-CAN bearer when detecting that a data flow transmission starts to be transmitted on the IP-CAN bearer.

The present disclosure include acquiring, by a TDF entity, a correlation identifier of a data flow of an application borne by the TDF entity; and sending, by the TDF entity, first charging information to a charging system, where the first charging information carries the correlation identifier of the data flow of the application borne by the TDF entity, so that the charging system performs, according to the correlation identifier of the data flow of the application borne by the TDF entity and a correlation identifier of a data flow borne by a PCEF entity, correlation processing for the first charging information and second charging information that is sent by the PCEF entity to the charging system, where the second charging information carries the correlation identifier of the data flow borne by the PCEF entity. Thereby, accurate charging can be performed for the data flow and the application.

The present disclosure is applicable to the technical field of computer technology. Disclosed are a resource allocation method and a resource management platform. The method includes: receiving a resource request sent by a resource requester, where the resource request includes resource demand and application feature of a resource; determining a host machine for allocating resources to the resource requester according to the resource request and a resource application feature allocation policy; and controlling the host machine to allocate resources to the resource requester and return resource allocation information to the resource requester, thus solving the problem of degrading performance of host machines as a whole in the prior art caused by hardware resource competition among a plurality of applications which share hardware resources, and efficiently improving the utilization efficiency of the server resources, reducing hardware loss, and improving the user's experience.

The present invention provides an improved method and device for task processing in a device management. When the current state or the operation of the terminal device is interrupted by an abnormal condition, the method includes checking if any scheduler task exists; prompting the user to select the processing procedure for the scheduler task based on the types of the scheduler task, or processing the impacted scheduler task based on user's selection or processing the scheduler task based on a predetermined process procedure.

A policy decision method is provided, including: receiving, by a policy and charging rules function PCRF device, a policy request of a first user sent by a gateway device; determining, according to the policy request, that the first user needs to use a counter of a second user; acquiring, a current status of the counter of the second user by using a session that is of the second user and established between the PCRF device and a charging system; and generating, a control policy of the first user according to the current status of the counter of the second user, and sending the control policy to the gateway device. The present invention can implement sharing of accumulated data among users, reduces processing pressure of the charging system, and decreases a performance loss of the charging system.
