    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may separately encode lower priority uplink control information (UCI) and higher priority UCI, and multiplex the encoded lower priority UCI and the encoded higher priority UCI on the same physical uplink channel (e.g., a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH)). The UE may be configured with multiple coding rates, which the UE may select from based on a payload size associated with each of the lower priority UCI and the higher priority UCI. Alternatively, the UE may be configured with a separate set of coding rates for the lower priority UCI and a separate set of coding rates for the higher priority UCI. The UE may multiplex the lower priority UCI and the higher priority UCI by mapping to physical uplink channel resources based on an order (e.g., mapping higher priority UCI followed by mapping lower priority UCI).

    Abstract: A method of wireless communication includes determining, by a user equipment (UE), that one or more symbols scheduled for reporting a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) to a base station for a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission include at least one invalid symbol, wherein the one or more symbols are located in a first slot or sub-slot; selecting, by the UE, based on one or more parameters of the SPS PDSCH transmission, a second slot or sub-slot, subsequent to the first slot or sub-slot, for sending a delayed HARQ-ACK for the SPS PDSCH transmission; and sending, by the UE to the base station, the delayed HARQ-ACK for the SPS PDSCH transmission on the second slot or sub-slot.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may determine a channel state reporting configuration for one or more semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configurations for communications with a base station. For example, different channel state report configurations may be configured for the UE within the SPS configuration. Additionally, a downlink control information (DCI) associated with the SPS configuration may be used to activate the channel state report configuration. In some cases, different channel state report configurations may be configured for an SPS configuration, and the DCI may include a bit field to indicate which configured channel state report configuration is activated for the SPS configuration. Additionally, if the DCI indicates a release for an SPS configuration, the UE may refrain from transmitting channel state reports with an acknowledgment feedback acknowledging the release.
