Abstract:
A notebook computer assembly includes a notebook computer and a supporting member. The notebook computer includes a base and a display pivotably attached to the base. The supporting member includes a first receiving portion and a second receiving portion for receiving the display and the base respectively, for stably supporting the notebook computer in an upright position.
Abstract:
An assisting apparatus for plugging or unplugging a connector includes an elongated main body and a fixing portion extending from an end of the main body. A receiving space and a slot are respectively defined in a same side of the main body and the fixing portion. A stepped surface toward the slot is formed on a joint of the main body and the fixing portion. Two hooks respectively extend towards the slot from two opposite portions of the fixing portion bounding the slot.
Abstract:
A motherboard includes a fan and a fan control circuit. The fan control circuit includes a switch module and a voltage control circuit. A first terminal of the switch module is connected to a standby power terminal of the motherboard. A second terminal of the switch module is connected to a first power terminal of the motherboard and connected to a power terminal of the fan. An input terminal of the voltage control circuit is connected to a power state signal terminal of the motherboard. An output terminal of the voltage control circuit is connected to a control terminal of the switch module. When the motherboard is turned off, the voltage control circuit turns on the switch module for a predetermined time, to make the standby power terminal supply a working voltage for the fan to keep the fan rotating for the predetermined time.
Abstract:
A mounting apparatus includes a shockproof member and a fixing member. The shockproof member includes a first block plate and a sleeve extending from the first block plate. The sleeve defines a first through hole thereon extending through the first block plate. The fixing member includes a second block plate, a mounting post extending from the second block plate to extend through the first through hole, a pin, and a contact post. The mounting post includes two raised portions fixed on the mounting post. Each of the two raised portions defines a pin hole. The contact post defines a second through hole thereon. The contact post is pivotably secured to the mounting post by the pin running through the pin holes and the second through hole.
Abstract:
An exemplary electrical connector assembly includes an insert connector and a receiving connector. The insert connector includes a first pin and a second pin. The receiving connector defines a first and a second holes corresponding to the first and second pins of the insert connector, respectively. The first hole has a shape and a size matching the first pin, and the second hole has a shape and a size matching the second pin. The first and second pins of the insert connector are respectively extendable into and engagable in the first and second holes of the receiving connector. A transverse cross sectional area of the second pin is larger than that of the first pin, whereby the second pin of the insert connector is prevented from being received in the first through hole of the receiving connector.
Abstract:
An electronic device includes a chassis, a motherboard installed in the chassis, a fixing member, and a flexible printed circuit board electronically coupled to the motherboard. The chassis forms two hooks adjacent to the motherboard. The fixing member includes a plate resisting against the flexible printed circuit board, and two legs extending down from the plate. Two latches extend from the corresponding legs to engage with the corresponding hooks.
Abstract:
A disk drive assembly includes a disk drive, a disk drive bracket, a fastener, and a securing element. The fastener is mounted on the disk drive and engaging the disk drive bracket to prevent the disk drive from moving along a first direction. The securing element includes a body, a resisting portion extending from the body, and a mounting portion extending from the body. A receiving space is defined between the body and the resisting portion. The disk drive is received in the receiving space. The securing element engages the disk drive bracket and receives the disk drive to prevent the disk drive from moving along a second direction.
Abstract:
A bracket for screen expansion includes a first arm, and a second arm. The first arm includes a first main body extending horizontally. Two horizontally spaced first assembling holes are defined in the first main body. The second arm is horizontally rotatably mounted to the first arm. The second arm includes a second main body extending horizontally. Two horizontally spaced second assembling holes are defined in the second main body. The brackets, to achieve screen expansion may be connected to a number of displays.
Abstract:
A heat dissipating system includes a chassis, a motherboard mounted in the chassis, a number of connectors mounted on the motherboard in parallel to form a passage between every two adjacent connectors, and a heat dissipating element mounted to the chassis and aligned with the passages. Each of the connectors includes a socket and an inserting portion. The socket defines a slot. The inserting portion includes a main body and a protrusion extending from the main body towards the slot. A cross-section of the protrusion is trapezoidal-shaped. A side surface of the protrusion is inclined to form an airflow guiding structure.
Abstract:
A motherboard including an electronic component is provided. Airflow flows through the motherboard along a direction. An adhesive air guiding device including at least one air guiding surface facing the direction of the airflow is stuck to the electronic component, for guiding the airflow to flow over the electronic component.
