摘要： A bottle packaging for shipment includes a bottom tray, and a top tray made of molded pulp fiber, such as newspaper pulp, and a cardboard partition support structure disposed between the trays. Cavities formed in the bottom and top trays are arranged to engage both ends of a bottle and include crushable elements that can axially engage each bottle. The support partition may be made of corrugated cardboard material and be arranged such that the cardboard flutes provide support for loads imparted to the sides of the carton when the carton is laying on its side. The partition forms a void surrounding each bottle in the area of its labels. In this way, structural support and cushioning can be provided to the packaged bottles from all directions.

The plurality of sidewalls interconnect with each other and cooperate with the base to form an accommodating space. First and second cushion portions protrude from an inner surface of the base and an inner surface of one of sidewalls respectively. The first cushion portion includes a first surface. The second cushion portion includes a second surface. A contour defined by the first surface matches with at least a part of an object to be packed. When the object is packed in the receiving space, the first surface contacts with at least a part of the object to provide a first cushioning, and when the object is subjected to an impact to deform the first cushion portion, the second surface contacts with the object to provide a second cushioning.

Receiving slots (114) and apertures (118) secure the drug delivery devices in a tray. Elements such as catches (122) associated with the slide card cooperatively engage elements such as catches (240) associated with the outer sleeve (200). The cooperative engagement of the respective catches provides a child-resistant feature and a spill-resistant feature. A release button (224) disengages the child-resistant feature. The horizontal orientation of the injectables provides easy access for a user who has limited dexterity as well as sufficient area to apply graphics.
