摘要： An opening and closing structure for an umbrella combining automatic and non-automatic modes including an electric mechanism, a cranking mechanism and a clutch structure is described herein. The electric mechanism includes a screw rod, a motor and a first transmission element. The motor is configured to drive rotation of the screw rod, and the first transmission element is mounted at the screw rod. The cranking mechanism includes a second transmission element and a cranking handle. The second transmission element is engaged with the first transmission element, and the second transmission element is connected with the cranking handle via the clutch structure. The invention overturns a conventional method of using an electric umbrella, and provides a manual lifting-and-lowering function under the premise of maintaining a electric lifting-and-lowering function, that is, in case of insufficient or no power supply, the umbrella can be opened and closed through the cranking handle.

The controller receives an altitude measurement from the GPS receiver and calculates an elevation angle. 摘要： An integrated pole unit is connected to a patio umbrella canopy and allows the canopy to be raised by a foot, hand or low pressure compressor pump and lowered by releasing air via an air pressure valve. The external umbrella pole is hollow with a slit at the top and contains an “internal pole mechanism” with a metal insert that is attached to the base of the canopy and moves up the slit with increased air pressure in the pole, which raises the umbrella canopy. There is an air pressure valve that, when closed, keeps the umbrella canopy in the full open position, and when open, releases the air, resulting in the umbrella canopy closing automatically in a slow and controlled manner.

摘要： A guy structure for an automatic unfolding and folding umbrella is provided. The guy structure includes two or more guys: One guy is a lower nest guy, provided at least between a middle rod and a lower nest; the other is an unfolding guy, provided at least between the middle rod and a spreading component in the umbrella head. While unfolding the umbrella, an unfolding spring stretches and opens part of the middle rod pipe. The unfolding guy pulls and opens the rest section of middle rod pipe with the cooperation of the lower nest guy, and forms the complete unfolding status. While folding the umbrella, the folding spring makes the lower nest move downward under force of the folding spring. At this time, the unfolding spring does not generate tension on the middle rod pipe above it, thus the middle rod pipe above the unfolding spring can be collected through the lower nest guy or the unfolding guy. Thereby, part of the middle rod pipe can be collected while folding the umbrella cover, so it can effectively shorten the middle rod length after folding the umbrella.

摘要： An improved control structure for automatically folding and unfolding umbrella is provided. The control structure contains a main body whose upper and lower halves are hollow with a support base in the middle. A control piece is installed in the upper hollow space for locking the nest when the umbrella is closed and for pushing away the bullet head when the umbrella is opened. A lever having a slant block at a top end is pivotally configured on the support base. An actuating piece is configured on top of the lever. In the lower hollow space of the main body, a one-way wheel with ratchets is installed and wound with a safety string. When the umbrella is closed, the lever is prepared to engage the ratchets whenever some mishap occurs. Therefore, the umbrella is safer to operate.
