Abstract: A package assembly is provided with a plurality of pivotally connected panels to collectively at least partially enclose a product. At least one hang tab is pivotally connected to a minor panel of the plurality of pivotally connected panels, to extend through a slot in one of the plurality of pivotally connected panels to support the package assembly at retail. A method of assembling a package assembly provides the plurality of pivotally connected panels to collectively at least partially enclose and package the product. At least one hang tab is provided on a minor panel spaced from a pivotal connection of the minor panel to extend within the package. The minor panel is folded into the package. The at least one hang tab is inserted into a slot in one of the plurality of pivotally connected panels.

Abstract: A fastener assembly is provided having a cylindrical shank with a plurality of annular grooves formed along a length of the shank. A plurality of elongated ribs extends perpendicular to the grooves along the length. A fastener disc is provided with a central opening with a diameter less than a cylindrical shank diameter wherein an inner edge of the central opening includes a contact surface. The fastener disc is retained on the fastener portion in a locked position when the contact surface engages one of the plurality of grooves with a friction fit. The fastener disc is rotated to a release position so that the elongated rib contacts the inner edge thereby releasing the contact surface from the grooves.

Abstract: A back plate assembly for home hardware is provided with a base and an attachment. The base includes at least one mount aperture and is adapted to be mounted to a support surface. The base defines a receptacle, a through-hole, a pair of grooves disposed at an outer edge of the through-hole, and a pair of ledges offset from an inner edge of the through-hole. The attachment includes a lock member with a pair of lock features and a connector member sized for insertion between the pair of ledges when the attachment is oriented in a first radial position. Each of the pair of lock features is positioned on the attachment for insertion within one of the grooves and the connector member is sized to rest upon the ledges when the connector member extends through the through-hole and the attachment is rotated to a second radial position.

Abstract: A frame package including a back panel, an inside panel tab, a front panel, and an inside panel is provided. The inside panel tab extends from the back panel. The front panel extends from the back panel and defines a region to rest upon a corner portion of a frame. The inside panel extends from the front panel and includes an inside panel tab slot. The back panel, the front panel, and the inside panel are arranged with one another to fold about the corner portion of the frame and for the inside panel to extend through a frame opening such that the corner portion of the frame is covered by at least one of the back panel and the front panel. The inside panel tab is received within the inside panel tab slot to secure the back panel to the inside panel without an additional fastener.

Abstract: An electrical cover plate assembly has a subplate, a cover plate, and a fastener. Abstract: An adjustable rod assembly includes an elongate first tubular member having a first end and a second end. A cam body is secured to the first end of the first tubular member and has an oblong shaft portion. A collar is disposed about the cam body with an inner surface shaped to coincide with the oblong shaft portion. An elastomeric sleeve is disposed about the collar. Abstract: A shower door guide assembly is provided with a pair of spaced apart brackets. Each bracket has a receptacle formed therein. A crossbeam is provided with a guide formed therein for cooperation with a roller assembly of a door. The crossbeam has a cross-section sized so that terminal ends of the crossbeam are each received in one the receptacles of the pair of brackets for pivoting about a lengthwise axis of crossbeam and translation in the receptacle during installation of the crossbeam terminal ends into receptacles of the pair of brackets. The receptacles and the crossbeam are sized so that each terminal end of the crossbeam can be received in only one receptacle at only one orientation of the installed crossbeam to prevent improper installation. An alignment configuration extends from each bracket to engage a pair of wall jambs for alignment of the brackets to the wall jambs.
