The object(s) can be imaged using one or more optical sensors and the resulting position data can be interpreted in any number of ways to determine a command. An interactive volume can be defined and adjusted so that the same movement at different locations within the volume may result in different corresponding movement of a cursor or other interpretations of input.

    摘要: Compositions comprising extracts or isolated or purified compounds from plants of the genus Corydalis provide prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia, hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, hepatic steatosis, and metabolic syndrome. Corydalis compounds and their derivatives of natural and synthetic origins lower total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, and triglycerides and increase hepatic LDL receptor expression and activate AMP-activated protein kinase. Specific stereoisomers of Corydalis compounds with lipid lowering activity include 14R-(+)-corypalmine, 14R,13S-(+)-corydaline, 14R-(+)-tetrahydropalmatin, (+)-corlumidin, d-(+)-bicuculline, and (+)-egenine.

    摘要: This application relates to recombinant human interferon-like proteins. In one embodiment a recombinant protein created by gene shuffling technology is described having enhanced anti-viral and anti-proliferative activities in comparison to naturally occurring human interferon alpha 2b (HuIFN-α2b). The invention encompasses a polynucleotide encoding the protein and recombinant vectors and host cells comprising the polynucleotide. Preferably the polynucleotide is selected from the group of polynucleotides each having a sequence at least 93% identical to SEQ ID: No. 1 and the protein is selected from the group of proteins each having an amino acid sequence at least 85% identical to SEQ ID No: 2. The proteins and compositions comprising the proteins can be used for treatment of conditions responsive to interferon therapy, such as viral diseases and cancer.

    摘要: A method and system for enhancing interaction of a virtual keyboard in a small touch screen. The virtual keyboard includes multiple virtual keys and can be divided into more than one block. Proximity sensors associated with the touch screen can sense the 3D position of a physical selector (e.g., user's finger or stylus) before it contacts the touch screen. When the physical selector is close enough to the touch screen, a block of the virtual keyboard or group of characters nearest the physical selector can be enlarged for selection by physical contact of the physical selector with the touch screen. The virtual keyboard can also be enlarged according to the position of the physical selector in a continual manner, wherein the extent of the enlargement is proportional to the proximity of the physical selector to the screen. Further, a character immediately under the physical selector can also be enlarged in order to determine intent with high reliability.
