摘要: A channel estimation device is provided to achieve high-precision channel estimation in a MIMO or multicarrier wireless receiver. This channel estimation device is used in the wireless receiver that receives pilot signals through reception antennas. The pilot signals are modulated by a multicarrier method and are transmitted from transmission antennas. The pilot signals are orthogonal to one another. The channel estimation device includes: an estimation unit that determines a channel estimate value for each unit time slot and each unit sub carrier; and an averaging unit that averages the channel estimate values over time slots including a target time slot and sub carriers including a target sub carrier, thereby determining an average channel estimate value.

摘要: An X-ray CT apparatus includes a scanner mounted with a detection system having an X-ray source for generating X-rays applied radially to an object and a detector arranged so as to be opposite to the X-ray source and adapted to detect the image of the transmitted X-rays transmitted through the object, wherein the scanner is rotated around the object. A three-dimensional X-ray absorption coefficient distribution image of the object is reconstructed from the transmitted X-ray image and the rotation-axis projection position which is the position where the rotation center of the scanner is projected on the detection plane of a two-dimensional sensor constituting the detector is decided. On the basis of the contrast of the X-ray absorption coefficient distribution image reconstructed by using the decided rotation-axis projection position, the rotation-axis projection position is estimated, and an X-ray tomographic image or/and a three dimensional X-ray image of the object is generated.

摘要: A method of X-ray computerized tomography whereby a scanner in which an X-ray source for irradiating an X-ray in a cone-beam shape to an object and a two-dimensional detector for detecting the X-ray transmitted through the object are installed is rotated around the object and a projection angle is changed and a distribution of X-ray attenuation coefficients of the object is reconstructed from the transmitted X-ray images obtained at a plurality of projection angles. This method has the steps of: (1) measuring a first transmitted X-ray image measured in a state in which a contrast medium is injected into the object, a second transmitted X-ray image measured in a state in which no contrast medium is injected into the object, and a third transmitted X-ray image measured in a state in which no object is positioned in the apparatus; (2) calculating a first projection image from a difference between logarithms of the first and second transmitted X-ray images obtained at the same projection angle, calculating a second projection image from a difference between logarithms of the second and third transmitted X-ray images obtained at the same projection angle, and simultaneously reconstructing a first reconstructed image from the first projection image and a second reconstructed image from the second projection image in parallel; and (3) composing the first and second reconstructed images, thereby forming a composed image.

摘要: A processing unit containing a DMA controller comprises a 2nb (n.gtoreq.1) processor data bus (6), a 2nb DMA data bus (7), a 2nb (m.gtoreq.1) processor address bus (8), and a 2nb DMA address bus (9). These buses have a plurality of latch circuits (51-54) respectively connected thereto. One of the processor and DMA data latched in each latch circuit, and one of the processor and DMA addresses are selected by a first multiplexer (55, 56). The 2nb data and 2mb data from the output of the first multiplexer and the outputs of the latch circuits are divided into sets of nb and mb, respectively; thus they are given in the form of 3 inputs to a second multiplixer (57-60). When the processor and the DMA controller concurrently operate, data and address are transferred without keeping one of them waiting.

摘要: An electronic musical instrument comprises a plural number of component blocks capable of being coupled mechanically and electrically in succession and each having therein musical tone elements control means and at least one of the blocks having also musical tone signal generating means. Time range or tonal range of generated musical tones are changed according to how many blocks are connected consecutively in a predetermined or a selected order. The blocks can generate a series of musical tones in a sequence corresponding to a connecting sequence when a switch arranged on the leading block is operated, and a desired musical piece can be performed by operating performance operating means of each block. The electric musical instrument also can be used as an educational toy allowing infants to learn music while amusing and is convenient for transportation since it can be easily dismembered into each block.
