摘要: A slide/tilt mechanism is provided to include a base plate; a slide plate which is slid between a closed position and an open position with respect to the base plate; a guide plate which supports the slide plate to make the slide plate movable; a tilt mechanism which tilts the slide plate with respect to the base plate by inclining the guide plate with respect to the base plate; an elastic member which actuates the slide plate in a slide direction and a tilt direction; and a tilt restriction member which engages the tilt mechanism to restrict the inclination of the guide plate when the slide plate is slid from the closed position to the open position, and disengages the tilt mechanism to permit the inclination of the guide plate when the slide plate reaches the open position.

摘要: A method for developing a substrate includes a developing step for supplying a developer to the substrate, and a neutralizing and removing step for supplying a treating solution containing a neutralizing material to the substrate to neutralize the developer, and neutralizing the developer and removing the developer from the substrate. In the neutralizing and removing step, the developer is neutralized by the treating solution. This neutralization reaction forms a product (salt) which easily melts into the treating solution and does not precipitate. Thus, the product is removable from the substrate along with the treating solution. Therefore, the developer is inhibited from remaining on the substrate. As a result, it is possible to prevent post-develop defects due to “residues of the developer” or the developer remaining on the substrate.

摘要: A seal lip of an oil seal is in slidable contact with a peripheral surface of a shaft. A lubricating oil supply section for collecting adhered oil and dropping it on the shaft is provided at a forward end portion of an installation section. The lubricating oil supply section has projections formed on the inner peripheral surface of the installation section to collect oil on the surface thereof. The surface of each projection has a recess for temporarily accumulating oil. Guidance projections, or a slope for collecting the oil, and dams are formed on a forward end face of the installation section to block the oil flowing down along the circumferential direction on the forward end face and guides the oil toward each projection.

摘要: A radio apparatus forming a radio network system calculates a calculated distance, based on a tentative self-position and tentative positions of a plurality of radio apparatuses existing in the vicinity. The radio apparatus successively and autonomously corrects the tentative self-position so that the calculated distance comes closer to the measured distance, relying more heavily on the calculated distance than the measured distance between itself and each of the plurality of radio apparatuses, and determines the position of itself. Other radio apparatuses also successively correct the tentative self-positions by the same method as the radio apparatus, and determine the positions of themselves.

摘要: This invention provides an oil seal that can maintain an excellent friction reduction function over a long period of time, has excellent abrasion resistance, and further has excellent sealing properties. The oil seal comprises a seal lip (4) formed of a rubber-like elastic material comprising a lip edge part (9) and an air-side slope (8) and a sealing fluid-side slope (10) provided on both sides of the lip edge part (9). The air-side slope (8) has a coating film (14) on its surface. In the lip edge part (9) in its portion in contact with a shaft (13), a sealing fluid-side rubber part (2′) and an air-side coating film (14) are simultaneously brought into contact with the shaft (13). The coating film (14) is preferably formed of a coating agent comprising a fluororesin, a polyethylene resin, an isocyanate-modified polybutadiene resin, and a solvent.

摘要: In an automotive air-conditioning system, when pollen mode control is effected by a vehicle occupant, air outlet mode is forcibly set to a face mode. Further, the air flow amount determined from the air flow amount Vm used in the usual auto mode and the air flow amount f(Tw) used during warm-up control or the air flow amount determined by the air flow amount correction value f(Tam) having a relatively small upper limit value when ambient temperature is higher than a predetermined temperature (15° C.), whichever is larger, is taken as the set value for the air flow amount in the pollen mode control. With this arrangement, when coolant temperature and ambient temperature are low, a relatively small amount of air can be blown to the upper part of the occupant's body, and thus, while maintaining the pollen removal effect, occupant discomfort can be reduced by preventing a fast flow of air from being blown toward the occupant's face, etc.

摘要: When a CCU is supplied with a 60i format compliant video signal generated by applying a frame conversion based on the 2-3 pull down technique to a 24 PsF format compliant video signal, the CCU performs a reverse frame conversion corresponding to this frame conversion. When the CCU is supplied with a 60i format pure video signal with no frame conversion applied, the CCU performs a frame conversion by skipping fields in units of frames in accordance with a conversion ratio. The CCU selectively changes the two conversions in accordance with 60i format compliant video signals supplied.
