    摘要: Audio data to be played back is associated with meta data indicating the timing of beat that serves as a basis for a rhythm of a music piece. In a fast-forward playback mode, the associated meta data is read. A portion of the audio data containing the timing of beat is determined as a playback portion A and the remaining portion in a beat-to-beat interval C is determined as a non-playback portion B. Only the playback portion A is sequentially played back and output. The relative duration of a playback portion A and a non-playback portion B is determined according to a playback speed required in fast-forward playback.

    摘要: In FIG. 1, a user selects a plurality of pieces of music data desired to be reproduced concurrently, at an input unit 18 of an audio processing apparatus 16, from music data stored in a storage device 12. A reproducing apparatus 14 reproduces selected music data respectively and generates a plurality of audio signals under the control of a control unit 20. An audio processing unit 24 performs allocation of frequency band, extraction of a frequency component, time-division, periodic modulation, processing and allocation of a sound image, to respective audio signals under the control of the control unit 20. Then the audio processing unit 24 attaches segregation information of audio signals and information on the degree of emphasis to respective audio signals. The down mixer 26 mixes a plurality of audio signals and outputs as an audio signal having a predetermined number of channels, then an output unit 30 outputs the signal as sounds.

    摘要: In a system for preventing an equipment such as lawnmower from theft, there are equipped with an internal combustion engine that is mounted on the equipment and is equipped with a generator that generates electric operating power when the engine is operated, a recoil starter to be manipulatable by an operator to operate the engine, an electronic key that is adapted to be carried by the operator and stores authenticating data for identifying the operator who carries the electronic key; and an authenticator that is installed at the equipment and performs authentication check as to whether the electronic key is an authorized key using stored key-checking data, when the authenticating data is outputted from the electronic key. In the system, the authenticator performs the authentication check when the electric operating power is supplied from the generator, thereby enabling to be installed in battery-less equipment and ensure to prevent the equipment from theft.

    摘要: In a user terminal, a reproducing unit reads out from a music file memory unit a music file selected and input by a user and reproduces the music file. In a normal reproduction, an output unit outputs the reproduced sound as an audio. When a notification information reception unit receives information that needs to be noticed such as an e-mail or a phone call, a notification information analysis unit analyzes the setting of the information or notification sound and determines the degree of importance. A frequency band allocation unit selects from allocation patterns of frequency bands stored in an allocation information memory unit a pattern for the music and for the notification sound according to the degree of importance and the frequency band of the notification sound. An audio processing unit extracts and synthesizes the components of the frequency bands allocated to music and the notification sound, and the output unit outputs accordingly.
