摘要: There is disclosed a correlating operation method and a matched filter in which sensitivities in received code sequence selection and path detection are held to some degrees while circuit scale can be reduced. In the correlating operation method and the matched filter, code data obtained by adding or subtracting an in-phase component and a quadrature component of a received code sequence in a code mapping unit, and an in-phase component and a quadrature component of a received complex signal are subjected to correlating operation, and a correlating operation result is subjected to power adding operation to obtain a correlating operation output.

摘要: A piezoelectric resonator has a piezoelectric substrate on obverse and reverse surfaces of which electrodes are disposed. Comb-shaped electrodes consisting of electrode fingers and spaces are disposed around the electrode situated at least on one surface of the piezoelectric substrate and at prescribed space intervals between this electrode and each of those comb-shaped electrodes. This arrangement enables obtaining means for suppressing the occurrence of spurious waves due to an inharmonic mode in the 200-MHz band high-frequency resonator or two-pole monolithic filter.

摘要: A laminated film comprises at least an aluminum layer and, superimposed on one side thereof by extrusion lamination, a linear low-density polyethylene layer, this linear low-density polyethylene layer prepared with the use of a metallocene olefin polymerization catalyst and having a density of 0.895 to 0.930 g/cm3 and an MFR (190° C.) of 0.1 to 100 g/10 min, wherein the linear low-density polyethylene layer at its surface exhibits an oxygen concentration of linear low-density polyethylene per se ranging from 1.0 to 1.4 atomic %. The laminated film which has an excellent balance of aluminum bond strength and heat sealing properties of linear low-density polyethylene layers and it can be provided at low cost. Further, a laminated film comprising at least the linear low-density polyethylene layer, the aluminum layer and a substrate layer arranged in this order can be provided at low cost by adding a layer or layers to the laminated film obtained by the extrusion lamination. This laminated film is suitable to, for example, a packaging material for dry food.

摘要: A power roller (18C, 18D, 20C, 20D) of a toroidal continuously variable transmission is supported by a pedestal (94) such that it is free to rotate. A first roller bearing (96A) supporting the pedestal (94) in the trunnion (17) against a horizontal load which makes a right angle with an input shaft (16) of the transmission, and a second roller bearing (96B, 96C) supporting the pedestal (94) in the trunnion (17) against a vertical load which makes a right angle with the input shaft (16) of the transmission, are provided between the trunnion (17) and the pedestal (94). These roller bearings (96A), (96B), (96C) permit the pedestal (94) to easily displace parallel to the input shaft (16).

摘要: A memory device, such as a SDRAM, has an active mode and a standby mode. A memory core is controlled in the active state and the standby state. First and second latch circuits respectively latch a data signal and a command signal, when clocked. In the active state, a buffer circuit connected to the first latch circuit, latches the latched data signal, and generates a buffered data signal. A register is connected to the buffer and receives and stores the buffered data signal. A decision circuit, connected between the second latch circuit and the buffer circuit, decodes the latched command signal and selectively activates the buffer circuit based on the decoded command. In the standby mode, the latched data signal is not provided to the buffer circuit. Power may also not be provided to the buffer circuit in the standby mode.

摘要: A plastic molding apparatus and method employs a pair of dies having at least one cavity with a mirror surface and wherein a plastic base material which is pre-molded is inserted into the cavity and clamped by the pair of dies. The plastic base material is then heated and melted at glass transition temperature or higher so that a resin internal pressure is generated, and then the plastic base material is annealed so that the mirror surface is transferred to the plastic base material. One of the dies has a separation die in which the cavity is formed. A cavity forming portion thereof has a cavity forming surface and a cavity side board portion which is adjacent to the cavity forming portion and surrounds the cavity forming surface. A separating die clamping structure clamps the separation die from both sides so as to compress an elastic member mounted between the cavity forming portion and the cavity side board. When the clamping pressure is released, the cavity forming portion and the cavity side board portion separate due to a resiliency of the elastic member. An engagement portion is formed at both edge portions of the cavity forming portion which contacts the cavity side board portion so as to engage with the plastic base material and control the release of the molded plastic from the dies.

摘要: An ATF error signal is formed from a reproduction RF signal and supplied to an ATF discriminating unit 4 through an A/D converter by an ATF error arithmetic operation unit 1. The presence or absence of an ATF component is discriminated and supplied to a clog discrimination processing unit 5 by the ATF discriminating unit 4. The ATF discrimination processing unit 5 determines that a head clog has occurred in the case where the ATF component exists and the RF signal which is supplied from an RF discriminating unit 9 doesn't exist. A head cleaning is executed by controlling a loading motor 16 by a motor driver 14 on the basis of a cleaning process control 11 and making a head cleaning mechanism 17 operative.
