    摘要: A stabilized polyisoprene composition comprising 100 parts by weight of polyisoprene and 0.15-3.0 parts by weight of a binary system antioxidant consisting of 50-99% by weight of a phosphite type antioxidant represented by the formula, ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, and R.sub.3 are same or different aryl groups, and 50-1% by weight of a triazine derivative type antioxidant represented by the formula, ##STR2## wherein X.sub.1, X.sub.2, and X.sub.3, which may be the same or different, are selected from the group consisting of --NH--, --O--, and --S--, and R', R", and R"', which may be the same or different, represent alkyl, or alkyl-substituted or unsubstituted hydroxyphenyl groups. This binary system antioxidant exhibits a synergistic effect on the stabilization of polyisoprene against heat and oxygen.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus of recovering ductility of a cold rolled metal strip. The metal strip is greatly bent a few times under tension along work rolls of small diameter rotating freely with extremely low friction or on fluid film of pressurized liquid in the space formed between the metal strip and a supporting guide. Thereby the stress-strain curve of the metal strip is altered, and the change results in recovering ductility of the metal strip.

    摘要: A cast piece surface temperature measuring device includes: a magnetic field exciting device which applies an AC magnetic field substantially perpendicular to a surface of a cast piece; a magnetic field detecting device which detects the AC magnetic field to detect a magnetic flux varied in response to a surface temperature of the cast piece; and a surface temperature deriving device which derives the surface temperature of the cast piece based on an induced electromotive force obtained by detecting the AC magnetic field by the magnetic field detecting device and a predetermined relation data. The magnetic field exciting device includes a solenoidal excitation coil, the magnetic field detecting device includes a solenoidal detection coil interposed between the surface of the cast piece and the excitation coil, and the relation data indicates a correspondence relationship between the surface temperature of the cast piece and the induced electromotive force in a temperature range including a predetermined Curie point.

    摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide an Ni-based single crystal super alloy capable of improving strength by preventing precipitation of a TCP phase at high temperatures. This object is achieved by an Ni-based single crystal super alloy having a composition comprising 5.0-7.0 wt % of Al, 4.0-10.0 wt % of Ta, 1.1-4.5 wt % of Mo, 4.0-10.0 wt % of W, 3.1-8.0 wt % of Re, 0-0.50 wt % of Hf, 2.0-5.0 wt % of Cr, 0-9.9 wt % of Co and 4.1-14.0 wt % of Ru in terms of its weight ratio, with the remainder consisting of Ni and unavoidable impurities. Furthermore, in this Ni-based single crystal super alloy, when lattice constant of matrix is taken to be a1 and lattice constant of precipitation phase is taken to be a2, a2≦0.999a1.
