The recording head includes an ink ejection surface provided with an ink ejection region in which ink ejection ports are formed. The recording head is disposed on a wiping direction upstream side of the ink ejection region, and a cleaning liquid supply region in which cleaning liquid supply ports for supplying cleaning liquid are formed. A height position of a lower end part of the wiper when passing the cleaning liquid supply region is lower than a height position of the lower end part of the wiper when wiping the ink ejection region.

    摘要: A wipe unit of the present disclosure includes a wiper, a wiper carriage, a wiper fixing member and a recovery tray. The recovery tray is arranged below the wiper, and includes a tray surface that recovers the ink wiped off with the wiper. The tray surface is inclined with respect to a horizontal plane, and makes the recovered ink flow in a predetermined direction so as to collect the recovered ink. The wiping portion is formed with the wiper and the wiper fixing member, and the wiping portion includes an ink drop portion which drops the ink wiped off with the wiper to the tray surface. The ink drop portion is formed such that the length thereof in a width direction orthogonal to the wiping direction is reduced as the ink drop portion is extended downward.

    摘要: A heat exchanger according to the present invention comprises a heat exchange portion in which heating medium flow paths, where a heating medium flows through a space between a plurality of plates, and combustion gas flow paths through which a combustion gas combusted in a burner flows are adjacently and alternatingly formed, wherein the heat exchange portion comprises a sensible heat portion, which surrounds the outside of a combustion chamber and comprises an area on one side of the plates, for heating the heating medium using the sensible heat of the combustion gas generated by combustion of the burner, and a latent heat portion, which comprises an area on the other side of the plates, for heating the heating medium using the latent heat of water vapors in the combustion gas which has completed heat exchanging in the sensible heat portion, wherein a connection passage for the heating medium is formed between the sensible heat portion and the latent heat portion, the plates are formed in a vertical structure so that the sensible heat portion is positioned on the top part and the latent heat portion is positioned on the bottom part, and wherein the burner has a cylindrical shape and is assembled by being inserted laterally from the front surface of a space in the combustion chamber.

    摘要: A developing device includes a developer container, a developer carrier, first and second stirring/transporting members, a driving motor, first and second magnetic permeability sensors, and a control portion. The first magnetic permeability sensor is arranged in a first conveying chamber in the developer container, in a region other than a part facing a communication portion and senses the toner concentration in developer in the developer container. The second magnetic permeability sensor is arranged in a second conveying chamber in the developer container, in a region between a regulating portion and a downstream end of the developer carrier in the second direction. The control portion controls the supply amount of developer based on the output value of the first magnetic permeability sensor, and calculates the stable volume of developer in the developer container based on the difference between the output values of the first and second magnetic permeability sensors.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a heat exchanger that can enhance thermal efficiency by enabling combustion heat of combustion gas generated by the combustion of a burner to be maximally returned to a heating medium, the heat exchanger being provided with a heat exchange unit having heating medium flow channels through which a heating medium flows and combustion gas flow channels through which combustion gas combusted in the burner flows to be alternately formed and adjacent to each other in spaces between a plurality of plates, wherein the heat exchange unit comprises: a sensible heat unit which surrounds the outer side of a combustion chamber, is formed of one side area of the plates, and heats the heating medium by using sensible heat of combustion gas generated by the combustion of the burner; and a latent heat unit which is formed of the other side area of the plates, and heats the heating medium by using latent heat of water vapor included in combustion gas that has finished undergoing heat exchange in the sensible heat unit, wherein a flow channel cap is coupled to the rear of the sensible heat unit so as to provide a flow channel for combustion gas in order to enable combustion gas that passed through the combustion gas flow channels formed on the upper part of the sensible heat unit to enter into the combustion gas flow channels of the latent heat unit.

    摘要: When a watchdog reset request is input, a power supply controller performs partial reset processing (resetting of a control circuit alone). When restarted by partial reset processing, the control circuit makes a non-volatile memory store a log of the stored contents of a volatile memory. After the log is stored, the control circuit transmits a system reset request to the power supply controller. Based on the system reset request, the power supply controller resets the control circuit, the non-volatile memory, the volatile memory, and reset targets.

    摘要: A sheet post-processor of this disclosure is provided with a punching device and a registration roller. The punching device is capable of forming punch holes along a first side end edge of a sheet parallel to a sheet width direction orthogonal to a sheet conveyance direction and a second side end edge of the sheet parallel to the sheet conveyance direction. The registration roller is disposed downstream of the punching device in the sheet conveyance direction. The punching device includes a punch unit that forms punch holes through a sheet and an edge sensor that detects the second side end edge of a sheet. In a case of forming punch holes along the second side end edge of a sheet, without skewing of the sheet being corrected by the registration roller, the edge sensor detects the second side end edge, while the punch unit forms punch holes through the sheet.
