    摘要： The lacing device for ski boots comprises a hooked lever-like member which cooperates with a ring-like member. Each lacing member is hingedly mounted on a carrier plate which can be slidably fitted on a slide guide element provided on the flap of the ski boot upper. Each slide guide element presents a plurality of notches which can be engaged by a locking tooth provided on a locking lever which is hingedly mounted on the carrier plate. It is therefore possible to adjust the position of the carrier plate, and of the lacing member carried thereby, on the slide guide element, and, after having adjusted said position, to lock the carrier plate so as to avoid any accidental displacement of same.

    摘要： A buckle for plastic ski boots having a toothed tensioning lever pivotally supported on one instep portion and a tension lever pivotally supported on the other instep member and having means thereon engageable with the gaps between the teeth on the toothed tensioning lever. The tension lever is constructed as a narrow member and has at its free end two lateral pins which project outwardly therefrom. The toothed tensioning lever is substantially U-shaped and the legs of the U-shaped member are toothed so that the tension lever engages the U-legs in the gaps between the teeth thereon.

    摘要： Ski-boot buckle-type fasteners comprise a strap with spacedapart holes, a closure lever that is thrown to move the strap into tightening position and a strap clasp. The clasp comprises a plate and a cage with parallel edges that embrace the plate when the clasp is closed, a hole through the plate, a plug on the underside of the cage to extend through the plate hole and a bent metal wire bail. The plate and cage are hinged together at one end for closing about a portion of the strap. The bail is moveable about a swivel axis at one end of the plate for engagement with and to be pulled by the closure lever to tighten the ski boot.

    摘要： This invention relates to a time-delay release mechanism for restraining and releasing large loads. For example, as in the case of a steel banding strap used to hold a large package together. The invention, in one embodiment, includes adjacent, rotatably mounted release levers which distally engage the ends of the strap at the mounting thereof. The release levers are connected by a rotatably mounted locking lever. In a second embodiment, a single release lever, adapted to engage one end of a fixed strap, is resiliently attached to a rotatable mounting by a locking lever. A timer selectively allows rotational movement of the locking lever to free, in one embodiment both release levers, and in the other, the release lever and the mounting, which in turn release the load.

    摘要： This invention provides a traction lever device for the quick fastening of boots, particularly ski boots, in which a manually operable notched lever arm is carried by a support which is itself pivotally mounted on the plate which secures the device to one of the boot upper flaps, permitting rocking movement of the support and the lever arm about an axis perpendicular to the plate and spaced from the pivot axis of the lever arm itself. This arrangement permits alignment of the lever arm with the direction of the tension applied thereto when the arm engages a tensioning element such as a ring attached to the other boot upper flap.
