Abstract:
The SMIF pod includes a base having a cassette that may receive one or more wafers in preparation for transferring the wafers. The base includes a plurality of first openings formed on the side surfaces for a latch mechanism. The base includes a window formed on a surface of the base for an operator to read the state of the container. A box having second openings one to one corresponding to said first openings for the latch mechanism with latch member to penetrate through them while in the lock state. An indicator presents a first mark for indicating the locked state at the window or presents a second mark at the window for indicating the unlocked state.
Abstract:
A heat-dissipating assembly for being used in a system frame is provided. The heat-dissipating assembly includes a heat-dissipating device having a plurality of holes thereon, and a securing device engaged with the system frame and having a plurality of engaging elements corresponding to the plurality of holes of the heat-dissipating device for separately connecting the heat-dissipating device with the securing device, and a plurality of supporting flanges for assisting in securing the heat-dissipating device to the securing device.
Abstract:
An air-guiding impeller for a blower. The impeller includes a rotary shaft adaptable for a motor, an annular frame, blades formed on the annular frame, and air-guiding ribs interconnected between the annular frame and the rotary shaft and inclined with respect to the annular frame.
Abstract:
A fixing device disposed on an opening of a guiding tube for fixing a heat sink on the opening is disclosed. The fixing device includes a circular rib and three elastic fixers. The circular rib is set around the opening for depositing the heat sink and sealing seams between the opening and the heat sink when the heat sink is assembled onto the opening. The first elastic fixer is set on the circular rib and has a first inclined plane for fixing the heat sink on the opening by pulsing the first inclined plane against the heat sink along a first direction. The second elastic fixer is set on the circular rib and has an indent for fixing the heat sink on the opening by locking the heat sink in the indent to prevent the heat sink from moving along a second direction. The third elastic fixer is set on the circular rib and has a contact structure for pushing the heat sink along a third direction. The first, second, and third directions are perpendicular to each other.
Abstract:
An improved construction of a fan fixed to a system housing when in use, including: an impeller which rotates and cuts the surrounding fluid enabling the surrounding fluid to form an axial flow, and which extends over a length in the axial direction of the fan; a driving device having a stator and a rotor adapted to drive the impeller to rotate; and a casing including a mounting seat fastened to the system housing for mounting the stator onto the system housing, and a frame adapted to cover outside the outer circumference of the impeller. The main feature of this fan resides in that the frame of the casing covers only part of the length in the axial direction outside the outer circumference of the impeller. Besides, another feature of this fan is that mounting seat is formed by vibration absorptive material at least at one of the portion where the mounting seat is fastened to the system housing and the portion where the mounting seat is fastened to the frame. Moreover, this fan includes at least a washer sandwiched between the system housing and the mounting seat so as to isolate the system housing from the mounting seat, thereby preventing the vibration produced by the fan from being transmitted directly to the system housing. A gap is formed between the mounting seat and the frame to further enable side air flow.
