Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch unit, a method for manufacturing the same and a touch display panel. The touch unit includes: at least two sub-units arranged in an array on a base substrate, each of the sub-units including: a first electrode and a second electrode formed on the base substrate, an initial insulation layer being formed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein an orthographic projection area of the first electrode on the second electrode is located within an orthographic projection area of the initial insulation layer on the second electrode, the first electrodes in each row of the sub-units are sequentially connected to form a first touch line, the second electrodes in each column of the sub-units are sequentially connected to form a second touch line, and each of the first touch lines and each of the second touch lines are connected to a control unit.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a touch substrate and a method of producing the same, and a touch panel and a method of producing the same, and a display device. In an embodiment, a method of producing a touch substrate comprises steps of: forming a flexible film sheet with a metal wiring pattern, the metal wiring pattern comprising metal wirings and metal bonding electrodes connected to the metal wirings respectively; forming a glass substrate on which a touch electrode structure and touch bonding electrodes in an electrical connection with the touch electrode structure are formed, both a sheet resistance of the touch electrode structure and a sheet resistance of the touch bonding electrodes ranging from 12 Ω/□ to 70 Ω/□; and aligning and bonding the flexible film sheet with the glass substrate.

Abstract: A touch substrate, a method for forming the same and a touch display device are provided. The touch substrate includes: a primary touch region, a secondary touch region, a peripheral region, primary touch electrodes at the primary touch region, secondary touch electrodes at the secondary touch region, a plurality of bonding terminals, a plurality of primary touch signal channels and a plurality of secondary touch signal channels configured to transmit touch signals to the secondary touch electrodes at the peripheral region, where each bonding terminal is coupled to a corresponding primary touch electrode via a signal transmission line, and configured to provide the primary touch signal channel to transmit the touch signal to the corresponding primary touch electrode, where at least a part of the primary touch signal channels is reused as the secondary touch signal channels.

Abstract: Disclosed is a touch substrate, including a base substrate; a plurality of first touch electrodes and a plurality of second touch electrodes arranged on the base substrate, wherein the plurality of first touch electrodes and the plurality of second touch electrodes have an overlapping area and are electrically insulated from each other; and a plurality of touch units arranged on the base substrate. Each of the touch units includes at least two first touch electrodes and at least one second touch electrode, and the at least two first touch electrodes in each touch unit are connected in parallel. By arranging at least two first touch electrodes connected with each other in parallel in each touch unit, the channel resistance is reduced effectively, and a large-sized touch product is realized. A method of fabricating a touch substrate, a display panel, and a display device are further disclosed.

Abstract: The present application discloses a mutual capacitive touch substrate comprising a matrix of a plurality of electrode units, adjacent electrode units complementarily matching each other. Each electrode unit comprises a first electrode having a first undulating boundary; a second electrode having a second undulating boundary; and a fill pattern between the first electrode and the second electrode, having an undulating boundary substantially complementary to corresponding portions of the first undulating boundary and the second undulating boundary. Abstract: The present application discloses a touch substrate including a base substrate, and a touch electrode layer on the base substrate having a first region having a plurality of first mesh electrode patterns, a second region having a plurality of second mesh electrode patterns corresponding to the plurality of first mesh electrode patterns, and an interface region between the first region and the second region. Each of the plurality of first mesh electrode patterns includes a plurality of first mesh electrode lines having a first line width. A corresponding second mesh electrode pattern includes a plurality of second mesh electrode lines corresponding to the plurality of first mesh electrode lines and having the first line width. The first mesh electrode line in the interface region has a second line width no less than the first line width.

Abstract: A transfer plate and an orientation film generation system are provided. Abstract: A touch substrate and a method for forming the same, and a touch display device are provided, relating to the field of display technology. The touch substrate includes a touch region and a light-shielding region surrounding the touch region, a light-shielding pattern is arranged at the light-shielding region; the touch substrate further includes a first touch electrode and a second touch electrode crossing each other and insulated from each other and virtual electrodes at regions defined by the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode, and each virtual electrode is spaced apart from the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode; the first touch electrode, the second touch electrode and the virtual electrodes contact the light-shielding pattern; portions of adjacent virtual electrodes at the light-shielding region are connected to each other via a first bridge, the first bridge is insulated from the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode; and a first ground wire is arranged at the light-shielding region, and the first ground wire is electrically connected to the virtual electrodes connected to each other via the first bridge.
