摘要: Provided is a hybrid-construct bag, comprising a bag body formed by at least a first sheet, the bag body having: a substantially tubular main body portion, a first end portion, a second end portion, a valve section formed at the first end portion and configured to form the channel between the top and bottom walls which are included in the valve section, and a patch section, wherein the main body portion, first end portion and second end portion cooperatively form a cavity operable to receive contents. There are a plurality of perforations formed in the main body portion and used for allowing a gas to pass though and resisting a liquid and/or particulates to pass though. A method of forming the hybrid-construct bag is also disclosed.

摘要: A tamper evident bag has front and rear panels connected together along opposite first and second side edge margins and a bottom edge margins that define a bag interior and a first bag opening therebetween. The front and rear panels each have a tear line with a first end and a second end, the first and second ends being located at the first side edge margin. The first and second ends of each tear line being spaced part. The tear lines extend over the front and rear panels but remain spaced from the second side edge margin. Each tear line defines a respective tear out section on the front and rear panels. The tear out sections are joined along the first side edge margin and are configured to be removed to create a second bag opening.

摘要: A pressure sealing apparatus includes a hermetically sealable bag having an exit valve that allows air to exit the bag once sealed, and which prevents air from entering the bag. An item placed in the bag is vacuum sealed in the bag by the pressure sealing apparatus. The bag can be placed in, or integrally formed with a pressure container. The pressure container includes an exit port through which the exit valve passes, and is also sealed so that the interior of the pressure container can be pressurized. When pressurized, the pressure in the pressure container acts on the bag to squeeze air out of the bag through the exit valve, thereby vacuum sealing the item in the hermetically sealable bag.

摘要: A system and method for cooking. The system includes a sealable bag and a bag seal located on the sealable bag. Coupled to the sealable bag is a snorkel which has a top end and a bottom end. The snorkel also has a cap. The snorkel is coupled to the sealable bag such that when the sealable bag is immersed in a fluid, the hydrostatic pressure of the fluid causes the air to be purged from the sealable bag. The resulting purged bag is then cooked in the bath of fluid for a desired time and temperature. The removal of air provides several benefits including more uniform cooking.

摘要: A flexible laminate for a package is described that includes an integrated one-way valve that allows gas generated within the package (e.g., carbon dioxide outgas) to be released to the external environment, while at the same time preventing environmental elements from entering the package. The valve is defined by the layers that form the flexible laminate, as opposed to being a separate structure that is attached to the flexible laminate. In particular, first and second cut lines are defined in a valve area of the first and second film layers of the flexible laminate structure in an offset manner. Oil is pattern-applied to one or both film layers in the valve area, and an opposing surface of one or both of the film layers further includes a surface treatment that decreases the amount of surface energy between the film layers to allow the valve to open at the desired pressure.

摘要: A container system for holding paint for use by a person while painting a surface with a paint roller or a paint brush includes a container comprised of five panels that fold from a relatively flat collapsed configuration into a container configuration that includes four side walls and a bottom wall. The top end of the container is open and exposes an internal volume that is sized to allow the paint brush and the paint roller through the open top end to access the internal volume. A flexible, liquid-impervious bag is open at one end thereof and adapted to fit within the internal volume of the container when the container is in the container configuration. The flexible bag may include a drain aperture in a bottom side thereof that is selectively sealable by an adhesive tape closure. A support brace and a detachable hand-carried mini-pail may be further included.

摘要: A plastic material wave bag assembly having a sheet-like first side panel and a sheet-like second side panel oriented in opposed congruent relationship to one another when in a folded condition. The wave bag assembly includes a single use closure adhesive strip disposed and oriented primarily laterally across an interior wall of the upper panel section of the first side panel at a location below the handle apertures. The closure adhesive strip is configured to selectively close and maintain the upper panel sections in a closed condition while the remaining portions of the first and second side panels are maintained in the receiving condition. The closure adhesive strip includes opposed closure adhesive strip distal ends formed and dimensioned to terminate proximate to a respective corner intersection such that at least one vent passage is formed between a corresponding closure adhesive strip distal end, in the closed condition, and the corresponding upper side edge end portion of the side edge of the first and second side panels. The vent passage is of a lateral dimension sufficiently large to enable the venting of steam while being sufficiently small to prevent the passage of a human hand therethrough.
