    摘要: An arrangement for casting concrete walls, comprising a beam system (1,50), which is capable to carry two form halves (2,3,51,52), between which concrete is to be poured. According to the invention a guide pipe (13,56) is located between the form halves and can be moved and preferably be locked relative to and at the beam system (1,50). The guide pipe (13,56) has a length corresponding to at least 1.5 times the height of the form halves (2,3,51,52). During the casting, the guide pipe (13,56) is located with its upper end above the uppermost level of the form halves and with its lower end, when a portion above an underlying wall portion (30) is being cast, projects down such a distance into a hole (31) formed at the casting of the underlying wall portion (30) that the upward transport of the beam system (1,50) is guided and its position relative to the underlying wall portion (30) is stabilized by the guide pipe (13,56), and at the absence of an underlying wall portion the lower end is located substantially on the same level as the lowermost level of the form halves (2,3,51,52) so as to effect said guiding and stabilization.

    摘要: Apparatus for sifting heavy supporting structures relative to stationary load carrying structures comprises a plurality of parallel jack rods secured to the load carrying structure. A plurality of climbing jacks adapted to operatively engage the jack rods are secured to the heavy supporting structure. The arrangement is such that the heavy supporting structure is shifted relative to the load carrying structure when the climbing jacks are operated and advance along the jack rods while the load carrying structure remains stationary. The reactive forces caused by the operation of the climbing jacks is transferred to the load carrying structure by the jack rods. A method for shifting heavy supporting structures is also disclosed.

    摘要: Form positioning apparatus is disclosed which maintains flat forms in place for continuously pouring of concrete walled structures. The apparatus utilizes a jacking I beam upon which are positioned a pair of moving beams carried along the flange of the I beam by rollers and each of which supports a compression beam actuated through pivoted levers to secure the flat form panel against the opposite flange of the I beam. A series of jacking dogs cooperating with a jack and ratchet move and lock the moving beam along the jacking beam. Beam deflecting means operating through the moving beams deflect the jacking beam to the required wall curvature.

    摘要: System for constructing concrete silos wherein molds are sequentially erected and filled as a three tiered mold unit with a crane scaffold supported on the top mold by radial arms which rest on ledges extending inwardly from the inner face thereof. The outer form of the bottom mold is then dismantled into semicircular sections, raised by using the three jib cranes of the crane scaffold and erected as the fourth tier. The inner form of the bottom mold is then dismantled in predetermined length sections for passage through the restricted space between the crane scaffold and the third tier and then erected to complete the fourth tier mold. The crane scaffold is then elevated by suspending it from the top of the fourth tier; the radial arms are then seated on the horizontal ledges of the fourth tier. A cart is rotatably mounted about the center post of the scaffold for evenly feeding concrete into the molds. Safety means are provided.

    摘要: A climbing form hoist for raising a form panel progressively up a concrete wall under construction, the hoist having a telescopic mast, the mast having an upper member secured to upper and lower edges of the panel, and a lower member releasably securable at a lower end to the wall. Means are provided to extend and retract the mast so that with the mast secured to the wall the form panel can be released from the wall and raised to a new position and with the form panel resecured to the wall the lower end of the mast can be released from the wall, raised and resecured.
