Abstract: Provided is a display substrate including a base substrate, a plurality of pixel units, at least one first power line, a barrier structure, an adapting structure, a cathode layer and a first organic pattern. By covering at least part of the second side face of the adapting structure with the first organic pattern, the risk of the second side face of the adapting structure being eroded by moisture or oxygen due to the etching defects can be reduced.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an array substrate and a display device. Abstract: A gate drive circuit includes: a plurality of cascaded shift register units, wherein each of the shift register units is connected to pixel circuits in a display panel; an output module of each shift register unit includes: a drive transistor for driving an output terminal to output a gate drive signal, and the output terminal is configured to provide the gate drive signal to the pixel circuits connected to the shift register unit provided with the output terminal; each pixel circuit is further connected to a first power supply terminal, and each pixel circuit is configured to emit light under control of the gate drive signal from the corresponding shift register unit and a first power supply signal from the first power supply terminal; and a width-to-length ratio of a conductive channel of each drive transistor is in negative correlation with a target distance.
