摘要： The present invention is a kit for use by a person to apply a daily treatment of medication and therapy to remove a corn or callus from the person's skin while providing maximum comfort to the person and minimal damage to healthy skin. In one embodiment, the kit comprises a box, an AM treatment system, and a PM treatment system for application at night. The AM treatment system comprises a plurality of AM foam bandages each having a medicated foam pad of hydrocolloid. The PM treatment system comprises a plurality of PM foam protective covers and a plurality of PM medicated non-woven patches impregnated with salicylic acid. The PM treatment system allows the person to remove a single PM medicated patch, trim it to fit the shape of the corn, and position it as desired over the corn. The person may then remove a single PM foam protective cover and apply it over the PM medicated patch, covering it completely, thereby limiting migration of the salicylic acid to healthy skin. Upon removal of the PM foam protective cover, the PM medicated patch along with a portion of the dead skin is removed neat and clean. The treatment cycle begins anew, wherein the AM foam bandage has the opportunity to heal any healthy skin that may have inadvertently come into contact with the salicylic acid of the PM treatment system as well as softening additional dead skin of the corn prior to the application of the next PM treatment system.

摘要： The desktop organizer includes a main tray for adhesively mounting to a top rear surface of the computer keyboard and a set of removable compartments for detachably mounting to a rear edge of the main tray. Each compartment is provided with a upper forward depending flange for engaging with an upper edge of the main tray. The compartments thus depend from the main tray along a rear surface of the keyboard. The compartments are arrangeable along the length of the main tray in a variety of different configurations. One or more of the compartments is sized for storing computer floppy disks. At least one of the compartments is sufficiently short such that, when positioned along the rear surface of the keyboard, it does not interfere with a keyboard cord extending outward from the rear of the keyboard. The provision of detachable and reconfigurable compartments allows the desktop organizer to be configured to avoid interference with access to disk drives of the computer. The invention thus provides a simple and inexpensive desktop organizer for mounting directly to a computer keyboard and for storing pencils, pens, computer disks and the like for easy access while using the computer.

摘要： A general-purpose reusable algebraic-based composition algorithm for composing mappings between data schemas. The algorithm handles more expressive mappings, makes a best-effort to eliminate symbols when a perfect answer cannot be obtained, includes new heuristics, and is extensible. A relational algebraic language is provided wherein each mapping is expressed as a set of constraints, and each constraint is either a containment or equality of two or more relational algebraic expressions. The composition mechanism exploits monotonicity properties of algebraic operators in operator arguments, handles NULLs and bag semantics, operates to allow composition to produce a partial result when a complete result is not possible, facilitates symbols elimination one symbol at a time using left composition, for example, as a way of isolating the symbols, supports making a best-effort to eliminate as many symbols as possible from an intermediate schema, and handles unknown or partially known operators via delayed handling.

A general algorithm is provided for composing a broad class of mappings, where one or both mappings are not functions, such as constraints between two schemas and the inverse of functions. A composition component performs composition on schema mappings of disparate data sources, which schema mappings can be expressed by at least one of full, embedded, and second-order dependencies, wherein the second-order dependencies need not be in source-to-target form. The algorithm for composition further includes a procedure that tests whether the composition algorithm will terminate.
