Abstract:
The generation of an activity display for displaying history data for one or more migration values is provided. A history record that includes various modification attributes is generated each time the migration value is modified and stored as history data. One or more stored history records can be obtained from the history data and displayed to the user. When multiple history records are to be displayed, they can be categorized in a hierarchical structure based some of the modification attributes to enable a user to selectively display and navigate the history records.
Abstract:
A method and system for synchronizing M application documentations across N database instances. Each database instance has a same structural design. N and M are each at least 2. A documentation synchronization agent is executed which updates N1 database instances with the M application documentations and does not update a remaining N-N1 database instances with the M application documentations if N1 is equal to N. N1 is at least 1. If N1 is less than N, then each of the remaining N-N1 database instances include a first and/or second characteristic. The first characteristic is that the remaining database instances include the M application documentations upon initiation of the executing. The second characteristic is that the agent is unable to access the remaining database instance during the executing.
Abstract:
A system and method is provided to perform a routine when the user attempts to access any document in a database. When the user attempts to access any document in the database, a call to a function is performed to determine whether the user is allowed to access a local copy of the database. The function determines whether the database is a local database. If the function determines that the database is running on the user's local machine then the function determines whether the user has permission to access the local copy of the database by searching through individual and group access control files. If the user is authorized, the function allows the user to access the local copy of the database. However, if the user is not authorized, an error message is displayed and the user is denied access to the local database copy.
Abstract:
Data records in a source database on a server are replicated to a cross-domain second server. A devoted client is formed having access to both servers. A generic agent manager database is created having one field, one form, one document, and one view. An intermediary agent is created in the generic agent manager database and run against the source database to replicate records to the second server.
Abstract:
A new, improved method for estimating doses to body organs in the digestive system due to the passage of a solid radioactive particle through the digestive system. Normally, in this instance, doses to internal body organs are estimated (calculated) using mathematical models, because such doses cannot be measured routinely, if at all. Such models are used internationally as a basis for radiation protection standards. This new method applies to low penetrating emissions of a radionuclide, typically beta and/or alpha particles, low energy (soft) x-rays and/or gamma rays, and Auger electrons. The new method is physically correct in principle, in that it explicitly incorporates the location and velocity of a solid particle in the gastro-intestinal tract, whereas current and previously applied methods are incorrect, in this application. Moreover, this new method will provide estimates of the probability of dose, which is not considered in current methods of estimating such doses.
Abstract:
A system, method and program product for decommissioning database instances. A computer system is disclosed that includes an agent processing system that deactivates agents associated with a database instance; an access processing system that restricts further access to the database instance; and a mailer processing system that deactivates mailing transactions associated with the database instance.

Abstract:
A system, method and program product for synchronizing spreadsheet data. A system is provided having: a scheduling system for scheduling a first import time, a second import time, a first export time and a second export time; an import system for obtaining a first spreadsheet from a first entity at the first import time, and for obtaining a second spreadsheet from a second entity at the second import time; a synchronization system for synchronizing the first spreadsheet and the second spreadsheet to obtain a first revised spreadsheet and a second revised spreadsheet; and an export system for providing the first revised spreadsheet to the first entity at the first export time, and for providing the second revised spreadsheet to the second entity at the second export time.
Abstract:
A method and system for displaying and reporting project completion information of a large-scale project having a number of individual subprojects. A rollup agent is employed for acquiring project completion information from a number of subproject databases to provide overall project-wide display and reporting capabilities. The rollup agent collects and organizes the information, and stores it on a rollup database. The rollup agent also interacts with a user to select aspects of any subprojects to report or display. The rollup agent then creates and stores reports of the selected information, or displays the report interactively as a pop-up summary report or a spreadsheet format report to a user. A number of scheduled agents provide scheduled reporting at the subproject level. A number of on demand agents provides the interactive database view, pop-up reporting and spreadsheet reporting for each of the individual subprojects.
Abstract:
Under the present invention, a distribution list of message recipients within an organization undergoing the IT migration is generated by analyzing the infrastructure of the organization. Once the message recipients are known, they can be grouped into a set of mailing groups. Thereafter, specific message templates can be assigned to each group, and a schedule for sending messages to the message recipients can be set. Messages will then be generated and sent to the message recipients using the message templates assigned to their respective mailing group(s) and the schedule. Responses to the messages will be tracked and processed, and records associated with the message recipients will be updated based thereon. Follow-up messages containing additional questions and/or instructions can be generated and sent using any data that is contained in the responses. Also, “non-responses” can be tracked so that reminder messages can be sent.
