    摘要: A method of stopping a loom, whose operation is controlled by a microcomputer, at a predetermined position thereof is disclosed herein. In view of the phenomenon that the load on loom operation is varied with the operating cycles thereof depending on the texture of fabric to be woven, but the variation takes place in repeated cycles of similar patterns each including different phases in succession of a known number, the method according to the invention comprises the steps of detecting the deviation of the actual stop position from the predetermined position resulting from the preceding loom braking operation, executing arithmetic operation on data regarding said deviation for compensation thereby to adjust the position at which brake is to be applied in the current braking operation, and applying brake when said position determined through said arithmetic operation is reached by the loom, wherein such steps are carried out in each group of the phases that correspond to each other in similarity.

The heat sink includes a refrigerant passage in which a cooling medium flows and a corrugated fin body arranged in the refrigerant passage. The refrigerant passage is defined by a surface and a backside, and the power device is disposed in proximity to the surface. The corrugated fin body has crests and troughs that extend in the flow direction of the cooling medium and side walls each of which connects the corresponding one of the crests with the adjacent one of the troughs. Each adjacent pair of the side walls and the corresponding one of the crests or the corresponding one of the troughs arranged between the adjacent side walls form a fin. A guide that extends in the flow direction of the cooling medium and operates to stir the cooling medium is arranged in each of the fins.

Each of the side walls (21a) has a louver (31) that operates to, at least, rotate the cooling medium flowing in the associated fin (21). The heat sink (1) thus has a further improved heat dissipating performance.

    摘要: A pressure-reducing valve is disclosed which is capable of preventing leakage of a fluid from a passage aperture in a state in which the passage aperture is closed by a valve body. The pressure-reducing valve is structured such that a plunger is moved upward due to a biasing force of a shut spring when a magnetic field generated around and inside a solenoid body is released. Thus, the valve body is pushed up from below by a pressing portion of the plunger with a pressing force based on the biasing force of a shut spring. Due to the valve body being pushed up, the upper end of the valve body is placed in close contact with the inner peripheral portion of the passage aperture so that the passage aperture is closed. In this manner, leakage of hydrogen gas from a primary pressure chamber to a secondary pressure chamber (leakage of the gas pressure) can be prevented with certainty, and thus an unintentional increase of the pressure at the secondary pressure chamber side can be prevented with certainty.
