The seating body mounting portion is provided to a back surface of a seating face of a seating body, and has a screw hole. The leg mounting portion is provided to a leg member, and includes a through-bore formed thereon into which a screw shaft can be inserted. The screw fixes the seating body mounting portion and the leg mounting portion. The seating body mounting portion contacts the leg mounting portion on a first region in which the screw hole is formed and on a second region which is spaced from the first region via a groove.

When the seat body is located between a rear position and a second reference position, the urging device urges the seat body toward the front position, whereas, when the seat body is located between the second reference position and the front position, the urging device does not urge the seat body.

摘要： A height adjusting device includes an attachment bolt, an adjuster, a female screw portion, and a circular groove. The adjuster includes a flange portion operable from an outside and is fixed to the attachment bolt so as to be rotatable integrally with the attachment bolt. The female screw portion is formed in a piece of furniture. The attachment bolt is screwable into the female screw portion. A circular groove is formed around the female screw portion. The adjuster includes a brake portion protruding from the flange portion in a rotation axis direction of the adjuster. When inserted into the circular groove, the brake portion abuts a wall surface of the circular groove and is at least partially deformed thereby to bias the wall surface, resulting in suppression of rotation of the adjuster.

摘要： A movable desk includes a cam, an elevation member, a brake portion, and a guide portion. The cam rotates in accordance with a rotation of the top panel. The elevation member, including one end swingably connected to the cam, is moved downward when the top panel is rotated to the in-use position, while being moved upward when the top panel is rotated to the storage position. The brake portion is swingably connected to the elevation member and contacts a floor surface when the top panel is in the in-use position thereby fixing at least one leg portion with respect to the floor surface. The guide portion abuts the brake portion thereby to bring the brake portion into contact with a predetermined position of the floor surface.
