Abstract:
A yoke-integral frame is formed by a simple pressing process, and the numbers of components and production steps of an electroacoustic transducing device are reduced, thereby improving the productivity. In an electroacoustic transducing device having: a magnetic circuit 13 having a yoke, a magnet 11, and a pole piece 12; a vibration system 16 having a diaphragm 14 and a voice coil 15; and a frame 1 which holds the magnetic circuit 13 and the vibration system 16, the voice coil being placed in a magnetic gap 21, the frame 1 is formed by performing a pressing process on one sheet-like metal material into a bottomed tubular shape, and at least two places of the bottom plate 2 are cut and raised to form a bottomed frame-like yoke portion 4, thereby being formed into a yoke-integral type.
Abstract:
The invention provides a speaker damper (50) which can realize improvement of the productivity of a dynamic speaker (1), and a speaker (1) including the speaker damper. In the damper (50), lead portions (52) for guiding voice coil lead wires (21b) to external connection terminals (30) while laying the lead wires on one surface is disposed, and the process of laying the voice coil lead wires (21b) by means of forming is realized not in the air of the interior of a frame (60), but on one surfaces of the lead portions (52).
Abstract:
The present invention provides a dome-shaped diaphragm fabricated based on a film base of polyethylene terephthalate resin film. The diaphragm includes a first vibrating part of a dome shape or a flat shape, and a second vibrating part of an annular shape. The second vibrating part includes a peripheral portion of the film base provided around a central portion of the film base. The first vibrating part includes the central portion of the film base, a thermosensitive adhesive resin film, provided on the central portion, and a fiber sheet made of a woven fabric using carbon fiber or an embossed nonwoven fabric. The fiber sheet is layered over the central portion with the thermosensitive adhesive resin film interposed therebetween.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a small speaker. A speaker 1 comprises: a magnetic circuit 3 having a yoke 7, a magnet 15, and a pole piece 16; a vibration system 4 having a voice coil 18 and diaphragm 19 which are joined to each other through a voice coil bobbin 23; and a frame 2 which holds the magnetic circuit 3 and the vibration system. The voice coil is placed in a magnetic gap 17. In the speaker, dampers 26 which are extended respectively from a plurality of places of an opening side end portion of the voice coil bobbin are disposed, and tip end portions of said dampers are bonded and fixed to the frame. The voice coil bobbin is supported from the lower side. The resistance to input is improved without impairing the thinness of the speaker 1, and while suppressing the increase of the production cost.
Abstract:
In a portable communication apparatus of the invention, an inner wall (22) of an openable/closable member (2) faces the front face of a diaphragm of a close-talking microphone (5) via a sound path (64), and an outer sound hole (27) faces the rear face of the diaphragm of the close-talking microphone (5) via a sound path (65). An inner sound hole (26) is biasedly located in a position which is close to a free end of the openable/closable member (2), and the outer sound hole (27) is biasedly located in a position which is close to the center position of opening and closing movements of the openable/closable member (2), thereby obtaining a speech quality of a very high S/N ratio at a substantially same degree in both the cases where the openable/closable member (2) is opened, and where the member is closed.
Abstract:
An electroacoustic transducing device such as a small speaker or receiver used in a portable telephone or the like. A yoke-integral frame is formed by a simple process, and the number of components and production steps for producing the electroacoustic transducing device are reduced, thereby improving productivity. The transducing device having: a magnetic circuit having a yoke, a magnet, and a pole piece; a vibration system having a diaphragm and a voice coil; and a frame which holds the magnetic circuit and the vibration system. The voice coil is placed in a magnetic gap, and the frame is formed by performing a pressing process on one sheet-like metal material into a bottomed tubular shape, and at least two places of the bottom plate being cut and raised to form a bottom frame-like yoke portion, thereby being formed into a yoke-integral type.
Abstract:
The invention provides a speaker in which a damper is effectively added without impairing the thinness of the speaker, and which, although the speaker is thin and small, exhibits high withstand input and high output power performances. A damper (14) is disposed between the lower end of a voice coil bobbin (12) and a magnet (3) of a magnetic circuit (5), and supports a vibration system (13) in a manner that the system is vibratable with respect to the magnet (3).
Abstract:
A flat panel speaker has a construction in which an actuator 10 vibrates a panel to radiate sound, the panel being held at a peripheral portion thereof on a frame by gaskets, wherein the gasket provided at a position opposite from a position at which the actuator is placed has a higher hardness than that of the gasket provided at another position. The side on which the gasket having the higher hardness is placed is a substantially fixed end to facilitate vibration of the panel, thereby improving sound quality.
