摘要: In a corner portion outside a display region of a face substrate which constitutes a face panel of a display device, an opening is formed. In the opening, a stem glass structural body, which is configured by integrally forming an exhaust pipe on a center portion of a stem glass and by forming conductive leads in a peripheral portion thereof in an embedded manner, is fixed by welding using curing by heating. The exhaust pipe is evacuated and, thereafter, tipped off, thus realizing vacuum sealing of the inside thereof. A lead line is connected to a distal end of one conductive lead by welding and another end of the lead line is electrically connected with one end portion of the anode formed on an inner surface of the face substrate using a conductive adhesive agent. Further, a getter is mounted and fixed to another conductive lead line by welding.

摘要: There is provided a tape printing apparatus which is capable of positively discharging a cut-off tape strip of a tape material out of the apparatus by forcibly discharging the same, thereby preventing jamming and double cutting of the tape material. A full-cutting device for cutting a printed strip off the tape material is arranged at a location downstream of a printing section in a tape-feeding direction. A half-cutting device carries out half-cutting of the tape material. A tape discharge device forcibly discharges the cut-off tape strip out of the apparatus via a tape exit.

摘要: There are provided a tape printing apparatus and a tape printing method, which are capable of setting or determining whether or not half-cutting should be carried out, based on the detected type of a tape set for use, as well as a cutting device capable of detecting the type of a tape-shaped member, and setting whether or not the tape-shaped member should be cut, based on the detected type of the tape-shaped member, a tape printing apparatus incorporating the device, and a method for the cutting device. The tape printing apparatus has a half-cutting function of cutting only a peel layer of a tape-shaped member formed of an image-receiving layer and the peel layer and by using a half-cutting tape cutter in the direction of the width of the tape-shaped member. The type of the tape-shaped member is detected. Whether or not the half-cutting tape cutter is driven, based on a result of the detection. Printing is carried out on the tape-shaped member. When the half-cutter is set to be driven, the half-cutting tape cutter is driven to perform half-cutting of the image-receiving layer alone of the tape-shaped member at a forward location of the tape-shaped member in the direction of feed thereof.

摘要: The in-line type electron gun includes an electron beam generating section for generating and directing plural electron beams along toward a phosphor screen, and an electron beam focusing section for focusing the plural electron beams from the electron beam generating section onto the phosphor screen. The electron beam focusing section includes a focus electrode, at least one intermediate electrode and an anode supplied with a highest voltage arranged in the order named. The at least one intermediate electrode is supplied with an intermediate voltage between the highest voltage and a voltage supplied to the focus electrode. The following relationship is satisfied: 1.55≦D/L≦1.72, and 18.2 mm≦d≦26 mm,where D (mm) is a diagonal length of a usable display area of the phosphor screen, L (mm) is a distance from a center of the phosphor screen to an end of the anode facing toward the focus electrode, and d (mm) is an outside diameter of the neck portion.
