摘要： A PEGylated cyclopamine analog, preparation method, uses thereof and methods for treating proliferative diseases using the same are disclosed. The PEGylated cyclopamine analog is a compound represented by the following formula I, a compound comprising at least one group represented by the following formula I (in formula I, R is straight or branched polyethylene glycol having a molecular weight between 200 and 200,000 Dalton, L and X are linking groups), or their single enantiomers, mixture of enantiomers, mixture of diastereomers, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, or hydrates.
