A method for managing display of a widget, the widget is displayed in a form of a predetermined textbox on a user interface before the widget has got focus. When the widget has got focus, corresponding functions of the widget are executed, and preset original data of the widget is displayed through the widget. When the widget has lost focus, the display of the widget is reverted to the predetermined textbox, and inputted or selected information by the user through the widget is displayed in the predetermined textbox.
Abstract:
A computerized file uploading method uploads files from an electronic device to a target device. When a target file stored in the electronic device is needed to be uploaded to the target device, a user is notified to input attribute information of the target file. Files that match with the attribute information inputted by the user are searched from a storage of electronic device, and are displayed through a display device of the electronic device for the user to select the target file to be uploaded. When the target file is selected, the target file is uploaded to the target device through a connection between the electronic device and the target device.
Abstract:
A computerized data protection method prevents data of an electronic device from being compromised through e-mail. A digital certificate is installed in the electronic device, and one or more safe e-mail addresses are configured and stored in the digital certificate. Predetermined data stored in the electronic device are correlated with the one or more safe e-mail addresses. When the predetermined data need to be sent to a target e-mail address, whether the target e-mail address matches with one of the safe e-mail addresses is verified. If the target e-mail address matches with one of the safe e-mail addresses, the predetermined data is sent to the target e-mail address.
Abstract:
A computerized method prevents information displayed on a screen of a display device from being viewed by unauthorized persons. Images in front of the screen are captured at regular intervals using an image capturing device of the display device. Faces are recognized from each of the captured images using facial recognition technologies. Whether or not the screen is in a state of being viewed by one or more unauthorized persons is determined according to the faces recognized as such in each of the captured images. A predetermined anti-viewing display is displayed on the screen to prevent the information being displayed on the screen from being viewed by any unauthorized person, when the screen is determined to be in the state of being viewed by any unauthorized person.

A remote server in electronic communication with a data center for testing one or more different types of electronic devices and method automatically tests one or more electronic devices. The data center stores a plurality of test programs correspondingly designed to test different types of electronic device. The remote server download one or more specified test programs corresponding to the electronic devices from the data center according to an identification code of each electronic device. The remote server tests the electronic devices by running the corresponding test programs.
