Abstract: The present invention includes a finger-insertion mascara container having an eccentrically formed brush rod, the container having a structure in which: a packing is coupled to an upper opening of a container body for accommodating a mascara liquid; a wiper is coupled to the lower part of the packing and has an eccentric brush rod insertion hole formed to be eccentrically lopsided; a finger insertion member is inserted into the wiper; forms a finger insertion space, and has an eccentric brush rod coupling part formed to be eccentrically lopsided at the lower side thereof; and a brush rod having a brush is coupled to the eccentric brush rod coupling part.
