    Abstract: A control arrangement for an entrance system, having one or more movable door members and an automatic door operator for causing movements of the one or more movable door members between closed and open positions, includes a controller and one or more sensor units. Each sensor unit is connected to the controller and arranged to monitor a respective zone at the entrance system for presence or activity of a person or object. At least one sensor is an image-based sensor unit having an image sensor arranged for capturing an image of an external object, a memory arranged for storing a plurality of settings for the image-based sensor unit, and a processing device. The processing device is arranged for processing the image captured by the image sensor to identify a machine-readable optical code therein, deriving a configuration instruction encoded by the optical code, and executing the configuration instruction.

    Abstract: A door operator and a method for moving a door leaf between a closed and open position utilize a drive unit, a control unit, and a supervise unit. The drive unit is connected to and moves the door leaf between the open and closed position. The control unit is connected to and controls the movement of the drive unit. The supervise unit includes a status management unit and one or more sensors that provide sensor data associated with an operation of the door leaf. The status management unit receives the sensor data from the one or more sensors, determines a status pattern from a plurality of status patterns of the operation of the door leaf at least based on the sensor data, with a first status pattern being associated with a status event, and triggers the status event in response to the first status pattern.

    Abstract: A sliding door assembly comprises a sliding door leaf, a sliding door rail, and a door operating assembly for operating the door leaf. The door operating assembly has a drive unit to drive the door leaf along the sliding door rail. The sliding door leaf has at least one wagon member attached thereto. The wagon member is connected with the drive unit. An electric component is mounted to the sliding door leaf. A cable arrangement transfers power and/or communication signals between the door operating assembly and the electric component. The cable arrangement comprises a flexible portion with an end section that is fixed in relation to the sliding door leaf to allow the flexible portion to extend to compensate for the movement of the sliding door leaf.

    Abstract: An entrance system is disclosed which has a movable door member having a door leaf with a first vertical edge and a second vertical edge. A sensor unit monitors a zone at or near the door leaf for presence or activity of a person or object, and captures an image of an external object at the first vertical edge of the door leaf, and processing the captured image to identify an optical code and recognize a learning mode trigger instruction encoded therein. Triggered by the recognizing of the learning mode trigger instruction, a learning mode of the sensor unit is automatically entered into, in which a distance between the sensor unit and the external object at the first vertical edge is automatically measured and a field width parameter value of the sensor unit is set based on the measured distance.

    Abstract: The disclosure proposes a method performed in an electronic device for minimizing downtime in operation of a door system. The method comprising obtaining a door system identification information, followed by obtaining a status pattern associated with the operation of the door system associating the obtained status pattern with the door system identification information. The method is determining if the obtained status pattern is associated with any of at least one reference status pattern, by comparing the obtained status pattern with the at least one reference status pattern. This is then followed by associating the determined reference status pattern with the door system identification information and generating a door maintenance information.
