    摘要： A developing device for use in an electrophotographic apparatus includes a casing for storing a developer including a toner and a carrier therein; a photosensitive drum having a surface on which an electrostatic latent image is formed; a carrying magnetic roll for drawing up the developer stored in said casing; a developing magnetic roll for forming a magnetic brush out of the developer fed by the carrying magnetic roll to develop the electrostatic latent image; and a developer mixing chamber including an impeller interposed between the carrying and developing magnetic rolls, for mixing the toner and carrier contained in the developer with each other, which is drawn up by the carrying magnetic roll, to supply the mixed developer to the developing magnetic roll.

    摘要： A printing apparatus includes a conveyance mechanism for conveying a web to a transfer unit, and a tension generating mechanism for applying a tension to the web fed to the conveyance mechanism, wherein the tension generating mechanism includes a tension generating roller for changing the tension to be applied to the web in accordance with the rotational position, a tension guide that is rotated in accordance with the magnitude of tension generated by the roller, a first sensor for sensing the rotational position of the tension guide, a second sensor for sensing the rotational position of the tension generating roller, and a driver for controlling the rotation of the motor in accordance with the outputs of the first and second sensors.

    摘要： An electrophotographic printer in which toner is printed and fused and the paper thereafter folded and stacked. To avoid toner stick a blower blows cooling air between adjacent folded sheets. The blower may be mounted on a horizotnally slidable paper guide. The stacker table may be lowered so that the top of the stack is maintained at the same height or the blower may be moved vertically in response to the output of a sensor detecting the top of the folded stack.
