    摘要: A pressure plate assembly for a friction clutch including a housing having an axis of rotation; a pressure plate mounted in the housing with freedom to move axially relative to the housing; a stored-energy element mounted in the housing and transmitting force along a path from the housing to the pressure plate; a wear-compensating device in the path of force transmission, which device has at least one adjusting element free to move in an adjusting direction to compensate for wear; and a clearance-producing arrangement having at least one gripping element, which is attached to the assembly upon which the stored-energy element acts via the wear-compensating device. The minimum of one gripping element has a blocking section, by means of which it can make blocking contact with a blocking element when wear occurs. The clearance-producing arrangement also includes an arresting element which can be shifted in an arresting direction when the gripping element comes into contact with the blocking element, thereby arresting the gripping element in the shifted position correlating with the amount of wear which has occurred. A transport-securing device prevents moving the adjusting element in the adjusting direction and/or moving the arresting element in the arresting direction prior to attaching the housing to the centrifugal mass.

    摘要: An actuating device for a friction clutch arranged in the drive train of an automobile between an internal combustion engine and a gear in a casing bell. The actuating device includes a disengagement bearing arrangement and a positioning servo arrangement, having a pressure-medium power cylinder arrangement, for the disengagement bearing arrangement, the positioning servo arrangement having a control valve connected to a pressure-medium source. The control valve includes a valve arrangement which can be changed over between at least two control states as a function of an actual value representing the axial position of the disengagement bearing arrangement and of a command variable representing a desired position of the disengagement bearing arrangement. In a first controlled state, there is a pressure-medium connection between the pressure-medium power cylinder arrangement and the pressure-medium source, and, in a second control state, there is a pressure-medium connection between the pressure-medium power cylinder arrangement and a pressure equalizing orifice. The valve arrangement includes two valve elements movable relative to one another and relative to a valve housing. The command variable is represented by the position of a first of the two valve elements and the actual value by the position of a second of the two valve elements relative to the valve housing, and a difference quantity assigned to the actual value and to the command variable is represented by the position of the two valve elements relative to one another.

A play sensor arrangement includes a detection element provided on the pressure plate, which element, upon the occurrence of wear, makes contact or can be brought into contact with a blocking element, which is fixed in position with respect to the housing arrangement. The blocking element has a fastening area, by which it is fixed in position with respect to the housing arrangement, and a contact area, by which it makes contact with the detection element. The blocking element also has a support area so that the element can be supported with respect to the housing arrangement.

The minimum of one gripping element has a blocking section, by means of which it can make blocking contact with a blocking element when wear occurs. The clearance-producing arrangement also includes an arresting element which can be shifted in an arresting direction when the gripping element comes into contact with the blocking element, thereby arresting the gripping element in the shifted position correlating with the amount of wear which has occurred. A transport-securing device prevents moving the adjusting element in the adjusting direction and/or moving the arresting element in the arresting direction prior to attaching the housing to the centrifugal mass.

    摘要: A actuating device for a friction clutch which is arranged in the drivetrain of a motor vehicle in a housing cover between an internal combustion engine and a transmission. The actuating device includes a release bearing arrangement and a positioning servo arrangement for the release bearing arrangement. The positioning servo arrangement has a pressure medium power cylinder arrangement and a control valve connected with a pressure medium source. The control valve includes a valve arrangement which is switchable between at least two control states depending on an actual quantity representing the axial position of the release bearing arrangement and on a control quantity representing a reference position of the release bearing arrangement. In a first control state, there is a pressure medium connection between the pressure medium power cylinder arrangement and the pressure medium source, and in a second control state there is a pressure medium connection between the pressure medium power cylinder arrangement and a pressure compensation port. The valve arrangement includes two valve elements which are movable relative to one another and relative to a valve housing. The control quantity is represented by the position of a first valve element of the two valve elements and the actual quantity is represented by the position of a second valve element of the two valve elements relative to the valve housing. A differential quantity associated with the actual quantity and control quantity is represented by the position of the two valve elements relative to one another.
