摘要: Systems and techniques for transparent dynamic reassembly of computing resource compositions are described herein. An indication may be obtained of an error state of a component of a computing system. An offload command may be transmitted to component management software of the computing system. An indication may be received that workloads to be executed using the component have been suspended. An administrative mode command may be transmitted to the component. The administrative mode command may place the component in partial shutdown to prevent the component from receiving non-administrative workloads. Data of the component may be synchronized with a backup component. Workloads from the component may be transferred to the backup component. An offload release command may be transmitted to the software of the computing system.

摘要: Disclosed are systems and methods for adaptive resilient network communication. A system may monitor network traffic on multiple pathways between user equipment and an application or a service at a network destination, gather network telemetry data from the monitored network traffic, input the network telemetry data into a trained artificial intelligence model, and classify the network telemetry data using the model. The system may further determine, using the model, an anomaly condition in at least a portion of the multiple pathways, and in response to the determination of an anomaly, select a mitigation technique for the at least a portion of the multiple pathways.

摘要: Systems and methods for managing distributed compute resources are described herein. A system is configured to receive, from an agent operating at a first compute domain of a plurality of compute domains, a request for compute resources; broadcast the request for compute resources to respective agents at the plurality of compute domains; receive a plurality of offers for available compute resources from at least a portion of the plurality of compute domains; transmit, to a selected agent at a selected compute domain of the plurality of compute domains, a commit message to reserve compute resources of the selected compute domain associated with a selected offer of the plurality of offers; and transmit an indication of the commit message to the agent at the first compute domain, wherein the first compute domain is to use the compute resources reserved at the selected compute domain for workloads of the first compute domain.

摘要: Various approaches for deploying and controlling distributed compute operations with the use of infrastructure processing units (IPUs) and similar networked processing units are disclosed. For example, a payload may be received at a networking infrastructure device. Here, the payload is part of a workload that is routed through the networking infrastructure device from a first network node to a second network node. The networking infrastructure device may obtain a workload graph for the workload with vertices of the workload graph specifying functions. The networking infrastructure device may apply a function to the payload in accordance with the workload graph to transform the payload into a processed payload. The processed payload may be transmitted towards the second network node.

摘要: A computing node includes network interface circuitry and processing circuitry. The processing circuitry assigns available computing resources to a plurality of slice contexts. Each slice context of the plurality includes resource allocations of the available computing resources associated with multiple communication networks. A first portion of the resource allocations is designated as dedicated resources and a second, remaining portion is designated as shared resources. A FAFO event associated with a workload is detected. The workload executes on a network slice instance (NSI) associated with a slice context of a subset of slice contexts. The configuration of the NSI is restored to a pre-FAFO event state based on reconfiguring one or both of the dedicated resources or the shared resources of the slice context based on the resource allocations of at least a second slice context in the subset of slice contexts.

摘要: A system is disclosed for quarantining and recovery of a network after an outage or in advance of a potential outage. Unaffected network slices are isolated and recovery is initiated by quarantine physical and virtual network functions. An AI model is trained based on recent events detected by sensors disposed throughout the network to determine whether to quarantine network slices, move services to unaffected network slices, or initiate recovery. Once the network is stabilized, resources that are specifically allocated for recovery and services are released and the traffic moved back to the recovered network slices.

Each of the NSIs is associated with a slice sub-context indicative of a network location of the available computing resources assigned to the NSI. A service instance is assigned to each of the NSIs. NSI records are generated based on the assigned service instance, the dedicated resources, and the shared resources. An NSI configuration is restored to a pre-FAFO event state based on the plurality of NSI records, the restored configuration using one or both of the dedicated resources and the shared resources.

A device for orchestrating functions in a network compute mesh is configured to receive, at a network-addressable processing unit of a network-addressable processing unit mesh from a requestor device, a computation request to execute a workflow with a set of objectives; query at least one other network-addressable processing units of the network-addressable processing unit mesh using the set of objectives, to determine aspects of available resources and data in the network-addressable processing unit mesh to apply to the workflow; transmit a list of recommended resources available to execute the workflow to the requestor device, the list of recommended resources being ranked based on at least one dimension of the resources; obtain a compute chain from the requestor device, the compute chain describing resource control transitions and data flow provided from the recommended resources and data in the network-addressable processing unit mesh; and schedule the execution of the workflow at one or more network-addressable processing units in the network-addressable processing unit mesh in accordance with the compute chain.
