Abstract: A device for fingerprint recognition, a manufacturing method therefor, and an electronic apparatus are provided. The method includes: forming fingerprint recognition units in multiple independent preset regions of a substrate, where the fingerprint recognition units each include a fingerprint recognition component and a light emitting component; partitioning the substrate along boundaries of the preset regions to separate the fingerprint recognition units from each other; and coupling the fingerprint recognition units after partition with corresponding control circuits, to make the fingerprint recognition component and the light emitting component of each fingerprint recognition unit be electrically connected to a corresponding control circuit coupled with the each fingerprint recognition unit. The fingerprint recognition unit and the control circuit coupled with each other serve together as the device for fingerprint recognition. The method is for manufacturing the device for fingerprint recognition.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an optical fingerprint/palmprint identification device, and a touch display panel and a display apparatus which includes the optical fingerprint/palmprint identification device, which enables easy determination of relative positions of ridges and valleys of a fingerprint/palmprint. The optical fingerprint/palmprint identification device includes: a photosensitive sensor configured for acquiring an optical signal indicative of fingerprint/palmprint information, and converting the acquired optical signal into a current; a storage capacitor configured as a separate capacitor in the optical fingerprint/palmprint identification device and electrically connected to the photosensitive sensor so as to receive and store the current from the photosensitive sensor during scanning a fingerprint/palmprint; and a switch transistor electrically connected to the storage capacitor so as to output the current stored in the storage capacitor during reading out a current.

The adjusting circuit for the output voltage (Vcom) comprises a voltage supplying module, a temperature sensing module and an adjustment outputting module, wherein, the voltage supplying module is connected with the temperature sensing module and the adjustment outputting module, and is configured to provide input voltages to the temperature sensing module and the adjustment outputting module; the temperature sensing module is connected with the adjustment outputting module, and is configured to convert a temperature sensed into an electric signal and transmit the same to the adjustment outputting module; and the adjustment outputting module is configured to adjust an output voltage (Vcom) according to the electric signal transmitted by the temperature sensing module, wherein the output voltage (Vcom) fluctuates between an upper limit voltage and a lower limit voltage which are preset.
