Abstract: A liquid crystal phase shifter and a fabrication method thereof, a liquid crystal antenna and an electronic device are provided. The liquid crystal phase shifter includes a first substrate, a first substrate and a liquid crystal layer. The first substrate includes a first surface and a first electrode provided on the first surface, the second substrate includes a second surface and a second electrode provided on the second surface, the liquid crystal layer is provided between the first electrode of the first substrate and the second electrode of the second substrate, and the first substrate and the second substrate constitute a tubular structure in which the first substrate and the second substrate are stacked with one of the first substrate and the second substrate being inside the other of the first substrate and the second substrate.

Abstract: A display panel, a driving method thereof, and a display device are described. The display panel includes a first substrate and a second substrate opposite to each other, and a light transmission control layer located between the first substrate and the second substrate. The light transmission control layer includes a first electrode on a side of the first substrate facing the second substrate, a second electrode on a side of the second substrate facing the first substrate, a dispersant between the first electrode and the second electrode, and opaque flake dispersions dispersed in the dispersant. The first electrode and the second electrode are configured to form an electric field to control an arrangement state of the flake dispersions in the dispersant.
