Abstract: Disclosed are a light-emitting device, a display panel, and a driving method of the light-emitting device. The light-emitting device includes: a base substrate, a first electrode on a side of the base substrate, a second electrode on a side, facing away from the base substrate, of the first electrode, and at least two blue light-emitting layers located between the first electrode and the second electrode. Different blue light-emitting layers emit light with different wavelengths. The first electrode and the second electrode are configured to be applied with different voltages. A voltage difference between the first electrode and the second electrode includes a first threshold voltage and a second threshold voltage, and under control of the first threshold voltage, one of the blue light-emitting layers emits light; and under control of the second threshold voltage, another blue light-emitting layer emits light.

Abstract: A pixel array, a method for fabricating the same, and an OLED array substrate are disclosed. The pixel array includes a plurality of pixels, wherein each pixel includes four sub-pixels, the four sub-pixels are of the same size and all in a shape of isosceles trapezoid, and the four sub-pixels are arranged into a form of half of a regular hexagon. A display panel having the above structure has a better rotational symmetry, as a result, a high resolution and homogeneity can be achieved for each direction of the display panel.
