    Abstract: A method is provided. The method includes: determining L+1 parameterized quantum circuits and L data encoding circuits; obtaining a plurality of training data pairs including independent variable data and dependent variable data. The method further includes, for each of the training data pairs: cascading the parameterized quantum circuits and the data encoding circuits alternately to form a quantum neural network, where the data encoding circuits code the independent variable data in the training data pair; and operating the quantum neural network from an initial quantum state and performing measurement on the output of the quantum neural network, to obtain a measurement result. The method further includes, computing a loss function based on measurement results corresponding to all the training data pairs and corresponding dependent variable data; and adjusting parameters to be trained of the parameterized quantum circuits and the data encoding circuits to minimize the loss function.

    Abstract: A method and device for processing quantum data are provided, which are related to the field of quantum computation. The method includes: determining a quantum data set and category information characterizing a data type of the quantum data set; applying a local quantum circuit to a quantum data point contained in the quantum data set, wherein the local quantum circuit is obtained after part of qubits are selected from a plurality of qubits contained in a parameterized quantum circuit; acquiring state information of qubits in the local quantum circuit after being applied to the quantum data point through measurement, and taking the state information and the category information as training data for training a classical neural network to obtain a trained classical neural network, wherein a data type of a quantum data set to be processed can be identified by the trained classical neural network.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for determining a degree of quantum entanglement, a computing device and a storage medium. The method includes: determining a target parameter value of a target adjustable parameter in a sub-circuit of a target quantum circuit, obtaining state information of the auxiliary register in the target quantum circuit, in a case of the target adjustable parameter has the target parameter value, a first input state of the auxiliary register is a preset initial state, and a second input state of the main register includes at least the first quantum state; estimating the k-order trace of the first quantum state under the first error condition based on the state information of the auxiliary register; and determining a degree of entanglement corresponding to the first quantum state based on at least the k-order trace of the first quantum state.
