摘要： A vehicle headrest comprises means for retaining the headrest on the backrest as a vehicle seat. The headrest is adjustable vertically (Z-direction) in a reversible manner relative to the backrest, and at least partially with regard to its distance from the head of a seat occupant (X-direction). Such adjustments are carried out at least temporarily at the same time.
