Abstract: A moving picture processing device detects a predetermined feature point existing in a frame of a moving picture, identifies a position of the frame, in which a changing state of the detected feature point in the moving picture shows a predetermined changing state, and causes the predetermined changing state, as a condition to identify the position of the frame, to be common to other moving pictures.
