Abstract: A telecommunications panel or bracket assembly includes a frame for hingedly mounting to a telecommunications cabinet. The panel includes a plurality of telecommunications modules with one or more front ports and one or more rear ports for telecommunications cables. Patch cords connect from the front ports of the modules to equipment held by the cabinet. Trunk cables or other cables connect to the rear ports of the modules. The panel is hingedly mounted to the side of the cabinet to access the rear ports and the trunk cables.

Abstract: Certain types of fiber termination enclosures include an enclosure and at least one of a plurality of plate module mounting assemblies. Example plate module mounting assemblies include a termination panel plate assembly; a splice tray plate assembly; a cable spool plate assembly; and a drop-in plate assembly. Example cable spool plate assemblies include a cable spool arrangement rotationally coupled to a mounting plate, which fixedly mounts within the enclosure housing. A stand-off mount element may be disposed on the front of the cable spool arrangement to rotate in unison with the cable spool arrangement. The stand-off mount element may include one or more termination adapters.

Abstract: A main fanout includes a plurality of intermediate fanout devices that are connected to one another. Each intermediate fanout device can be assembled separately and then connected together to form the main fanout. Each intermediate fanout device is connected to an intermediate cable of a main cable and a plurality of optical fibers of each intermediate cable is positioned within at least one furcation tube. The plurality of optical fibers and at least one furcation tube are secured to a main body of each intermediate fanout device. Each intermediate fanout device includes a mating feature to connect to adjacent intermediate fanout devices with a like mating feature. The mating feature reduces relative movement between adjacent intermediate fanout devices.

Abstract: A cable guide includes a base for positioning the cable guide on a base surface of an internal area of a telecommunications chassis. The base is generally planar. The cable guide includes a plurality of arms and at least one arm of the plurality of arms is flexible. The cable guide includes a plurality of cable channels that are defined by the plurality of arms. The plurality of cable channels each receive a plurality of furcation tubes. Each of the plurality of cable channels is configured to allow furcation tubes to move within each of the plurality of cable channels. Each cable channel has an open position and a closed position. When in the open position, furcation tubes can be loaded and unloaded into and out of the cable channel. When in the closed position, furcation tubes are restricted from being removed from the cable channel.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to structures and configurations for breaking out fibers from cables and/or securing the ends of protective mesh sleeves to other structures such as brackets, cables and trays/cassettes. The mesh sleeves can be adapted to protect optical fibers that pass therethrough. In one example, a mesh sleeve can be secured to another structure by an anchor including a reinforcing insert that fits in the mesh sleeve and a clamping housing that mounts over the mesh sleeve.
