摘要： A communications system includes a caller device, a receiver device, and a communications device. The communications device includes a storage unit, a communications unit, and a processing unit. Each called party is assigned an identifier, and has one or more receiver device. Each receiver device is assigned a phone number. The storage unit stores a phone number of each receiver device associated with a called party. The processing unit includes a request receiving module for receiving a request, a request recognition module for determining whether the identifier from the request matched one of the identifier of the called party; an acquiring module for acquiring the phone numbers of one called party when matching. The communications unit dials the acquired phone numbers to establish communications with the receiver device.

The mobile phone includes a location update processing unit, a location area judging unit, a scope acquiring unit, a scope judging unit, and a selecting unit. When the mobile phone frequently moves back and forth within a predetermined scope of a boundary area of two adjacent location areas, the mobile phone does not perform a location update, and thus the mobile phone does not need send updated location information to a network server and saves a lot of power.

The base station includes a signal tower and an antenna on the signal tower. The signal tower defines a central longitudinal axis perpendicular to the antenna, and the axis intersects the antenna at a point. The angle measuring unit measures an included angle between signal from the wireless communication terminal at any location and the antenna. The distance measuring unit measures a distance between the wireless communication terminal at any location and the point. The time measuring unit measures the time the wireless communication terminal takes from a first location to a second location. The speed calculator calculates the speed of the wireless communication terminal.

摘要： An object locating system comprises a remote control locator and an electronic device. The remote control locator includes a start button, and an electromagnetic-wave emitter. The electromagnetic-wave emitter is configured to emit electromagnetic wave by activation of the start button. The electronic device includes a battery, an electromagnetic detecting unit, a notifying unit and a switch unit. The electromagnetic detecting unit is configured to detect electromagnetic wave emitted by the electromagnetic-wave emitter and induce a current according to the detected electromagnetic wave. The notifying unit is configured to output a locating signal. The switch unit is configured to electrically connect the battery to the notifying unit in response to the induced current, thereby activating the notifying unit.

摘要： A portable electronic device with power failure recovery, powered by a main power source, the device comprising a power detection module, a processor, a timing unit and a power management unit. The power detection module detects an output characteristic from the main power source and asserts an interrupt signal if the characteristic is below a threshold value. The processor asserts a turn-off signal and an enable signal in response to the interrupt signal. The timing unit asserts a notification signal at a predetermined time interval when the enable signal is asserted. Upon receipt of the turn-off signal, the power management unit disconnects the main power source from a circuit block. Moreover, the power management unit reconnects the main power source to the circuit block when the notification signal is asserted and the output characteristic of the main power source is beyond the threshold value.

摘要： The method includes: associating different cell phones to different enciphering and deciphering keys of an asymmetric encryption algorithm. Access information of the network lock corresponding to the cell phone is enciphered by the corresponding enciphering key. Then, the enciphered network lock is stored in the cell phone, and the corresponding deciphering key is recorded in an inerasable memory of the cell phone. The original plaintext access information of the network lock and the enciphering key is stored only in a service provider of the communication network. When the cell phone tries to access the communication network, it deciphers the enciphered network lock using the deciphering key stored in the inerasable memory to verify the network lock of the cell phone.
