The bracket (50) defines an opening (531) for the securing portion (37) of the elastic member (36) engaging therein. Wherein when the elastic member is deflected inwardly, the securing portion of the elastic member disengage from the opening of the bracket. The cabinet with the fan can be easily removed from the bracket.

The grounding member each includes a first ring (62) supported on the flange, a second ring (68) supported on the base, and a band (66) connecting therebetween. The PCB (80) defines a number of fixing apertures (82). The combined standoff and grounding member is disposed in the through hole. The PCB is placed upon the supporting plate with the fixing apertures engaging the holding portions of the standoffs and contacts the first rings of the grounding members. The standoffs and the grounding members are made of conductive materials.

A motherboard (200) including a connector (210) is attached in the chassis, the connector includes a top wall (211). The ejectors are pivotally attached to the riser card. A pressing portion (55) and a locking portion (57) are formed on two ends of the ejectors respectively. A pair of restraining holes (122) is defined in the bracket. A locking hole (124) is defined beside the restraining hole. The ejectors extend through the restraining holes. The riser card is attached to the bracket and the expansion card is attached to the riser card. When assembly, the riser card is inserted into the connector, the locking portions engage with the locking holes. When the ejectors are rotated inwardly, the pressing portions press against the top wall of the connector and the riser card is lifted.

An upper positioning protrusion (316) and a lower positioning protrusion (318) are formed on a bent plate (312) of the chassis. The locking member is pivotally attached to the bent plate. A pressing portion (216) is formed on an inner side of the locking member and a notch (206) is defined in an outer side of the locking member. A support portion (126) is formed on the retaining member corresponding to the pressing portion. When the upper positioning protrusion is matched with the notch, the retaining member is put into the chassis. The locking member is pressed until the lower positioning protrusion is matched with the notch, and thus the retaining member is secured to the chassis.

The actuator can drive the wedge upwardly and downwardly to engage with the cage for releasing and securing the side panel from and to the cage.

At least one expansion card is connected with the riser card and received in the bracket. The sliding mechanism slidably secures the handle to the bracket. The sliding mechanism includes at least one guiding pin formed on one of the handle and the bracket, and at least one slot receiving the guiding pin sliding therein defined in the other of the handle and the bracket. The at least one guiding pin slides in the at least one slot between a first position where the handle is in a retracted state to be together with the bracket, and a second position where the handle is in an extended state to be away from the bracket.
