A tool rack assembly comprises a board and a tool rack detachably mounted to the board. In another embodiment, a tool try-on device is provided comprises a board and a rotating member rotatably mounted to the board. The rotating member is engageable with an end of a tool. The rotating member moves in a direction transverse to a plane on which the board lies when the tool engaged with the rotating member is turned.

A tool display rack includes a body with a first engaging member extending from the first end thereof in which a first aperture is defined, a limiting member connected to the body at its first end by a connecting plate and having a recess defined therein, a second engaging member extending from the second end of the limiting member so as to engage with the first aperture, a second aperture defined in the second end of the limiting member so as to receive the first engaging member so that a tool extends through the recess between the body and the limiting member and is limited by the limiting member. The tool can only be taken away from the body by cutting the second engaging member extending through the first aperture in the body.

A method and apparatus for collecting information about an event in which a user accesses the Internet through the system of a first Internet Service Provider with whom the user does not have an account. The apparatus includes a first server that creates a record of the user's Internet usage and sends the record to a second server. The second server collects records from a plurality of Internet Service Providers and forwards the records to a third server on a regular basis. The third server processes the data in the plurality of records and generates a report showing how much money the first Internet Service Provider is owed for allowing the user to access the Internet through the system of the first Internet Service Provider.

The invention provides a knowledge management system particularly suited for use in the integrated circuit design environment. The system allows administrators to define standardized component types. Instantiated components versions comprise “deliverables” and “attributes.” Deliverables comprise a file or directory of files or groups of files or directories that perform a common function and are characterized by the system in a standardized manner. Attributes comprise metadata describe the component version. By the abstraction of design files into deliverables, the systems can work with design files originating from any source and having different structures and still make those design files available by other designers in a uniform manner for efficient reuse of pre-qualified components. Tasks in the design flow can be tracked in the system. The system may also include a communications application, an issue tracking application, and an audit trail application.

One embodiment of a method for mapping a timing waveform associated with a gate of an integrated circuit to a characterization waveform includes using a processor to perform steps including: computing one or more moments of the timing waveform and defining the characterization waveform in accordance with the moments.

A process for manufacturing ratchet wheels comprising the steps of preparing wax patterns of the finished product of ratchet wheels, stacking the wax patterns atop one another to form a pattern tree; dipping the tree-link pattern into a slurry and they drying the same so as to from a shell; breaking the shell when the molten metal solidifies so as to obtain cast products of the ratchet wheels; polishing and cleaning the cast products; processing the cast products with a CNC lathe to define two annular grooves on respective sidewalls of the cast products such that the same are made annular semi-products; and processing the semi-products by milling so as to define a plurality of teeth on respective sidewalls of the semi-products such that the same are made finished products.
