An electronic voting system provides increased transparency to the public and verification for the individual voters regarding the tallying of their respective votes. A voting record can be made available electronically, thereby eliminating the need to provide a voter with a paper ballot. A voting record identifier is generated without use of, or reference to, voter identity. The voting record identifier is provided to the voter, such that the voter can access a record of his ballot selections and vote number sequence. In addition, a biometric authentication mechanism is provided to reduce, or eliminate, the potential that a voter is able to vote more than once.

The device comprises a laminar element (1) made of a flexible material adapted to be folded along a folding line (26), comprising at least a first part (2) and a second part (4). Said first part (2) has a deposit (3) containing a product (30) origin of volatile substances. The second part (4) has a hook configuration (5) with a lateral opening (12) and a central groove (24) that can be occupied by removable adhesive means. Both parts (2, 4) are manufactured in a single industrial process, without additional parts but incorporating various attachment means and even other parts for functions of regulation or protection of the diffusion means, or which replicate the diffusion functionality allowing the user to combine effects. They also allow selecting the form of application in any location: hanging, adhered, joined to another identical device or folded and supporting itself on a horizontal surface.

A mounting hook for a tube (2) in the exhaust system of a motor vehicle, includes a pin (3) with an essentially cylindrical fixing end (7), at least one spacer and at least one spacer (8) with a mounting piece (12), for the fixing end, at a first end thereof and at least one fixing plate (11) for a tube (2), at the second end thereof. The at least one mounting piece (12) and the fixing end (7) are joined by welding. The at least one mounting piece and the fixing end cooperate via a planar contact matching the angle such as to permit an adjustment of the distance between the pin and the at least one fixing plate for a tube before welding.

The device comprises an applicator (2) and a cover (5) configured to be adaptable on the applicator (2), the external face (3) of which is impregnated with conditioning substance for shoes by rolling dispenser means (10) incorporated in the internal face (9) of the cover (5), which includes a reservoir (4) with such substance. The substance dosing is produced on opening the device, the applicator (2) sliding, via some guides (8) arranged on the lateral face (7) of the cover (5), over the dispenser means (10) which apply an optimum quantity of substance to the external face (3) of the applicator (2), with which the footwear is subsequently rubbed to clean it. When used, the device is closed by transversely coupling the applicator (2) inside the cover (5), preferably of plastic with transparent reservoir (4). For convenience, the device can incorporate an ergonomic handle (1) joined to the applicator (2).

The invention relates to a diffuser of multiple volatile substances (air freshener liquid, odour absorption formulae, bactericide active substances, insecticides, etc.) comprising two or more containers (2, 2′) placed with a symmetrical or approximately symmetrical arrangement about a central body (1) to which they are joined by corresponding supports (3, 3′) that constitute said central body (1). Each container (2, 2′) holding the air freshener liquid or the desired formulation is closed by an active substance diffuser body (4) that also acts as a stopper and prevents dripping. When the device is at rest only one of the containers is diffusing. To change the fragrance, simply turn the device automatically or manually so that the container that was emanating is in the opposite position with respect to the other container, which will then diffuse its active substance, its evaporation being regulated individually or globally.
