摘要: An improved and more accurate method for evaluating and correcting total measurement signals (TS(n)) of measuring devices. The invention concerns a method for evaluating and correcting total measurement signals (TS(n)) of a measuring device, wherein measuring signals are transmitted in the direction of a medium and reflected on a surface of the medium as wanted echo signals or on a surface of a disturbing element as interference signals and received. In the case of a modification of at least one technical, process condition in the container and/or a modification of at least one technical, measurement condition of the measuring device, an independent reference curve is ascertained on the basis of a current static reference curve, wherein the interference signals are masked out of the raw echo curve on the basis of a masking algorithm, which applies the independent reference curve.

摘要: A method for ascertaining and monitoring fill level of a medium in a container using a travel time measuring method, wherein transmission signals are transmitted toward the medium and reflection signals are received. The received reflection signals are registered as echo signals in an echo function dependent on travel time. Based on known measuring device- and container-specific reflection planes, possible reflection regions in the echo function are calculated by means of an evaluation algorithm. In the calculated reflection regions, the disturbance echo signals and/or the multiecho signals in the echo function are classified, wherein non-classified reflection signals are ascertained and checked as wanted echo signals by means of a search algorithm, wherein, from a position and/or an amplitude of at least one wanted echo signal, fill level is determined, and wherein the measured value of fill level is output.

摘要: The invention relates to a check valve, for use as an insert check valve, with a valve seat and a valve element that is resiliently prestressed against the valve seat by a valve spring. According to the invention, a retaining element embodied as a retaining bracket is provided, which supports the end of the valve spring remote from the valve element and the retaining element can be locked resiliently to a recess, particularly an annular groove, of the valve housing. This enables fast, simple assembly of the check valve from its individual parts.

摘要: A brake booster in a housing, having a servo piston slidably supported in the housing and having a piston rod protruding into the housing for transmitting a brake force. A chamber is provided in the servo piston for receiving brake fluid drawn after the opening of a valve from a reservoir or supply container and pumped via a pump or the like. The chamber also communicates via a further valve or the like with a return line to the supply container. To improve the closing behavior of the valve, the first valve for the admission of the brake fluid is formed in the chamber, embodied as a servo chamber, by a valve bushing, or its annular collar, and a valve seat in a blind bore recess in the servo piston. On the other side, the valve bushing, with a bottom, engages the inside of a bell-shaped valve seat, which together with the piston rod, or a slide connected to the piston rod, forms the valve for returning the brake fluid.

摘要: A fuel injection pump for Diesel engines in which a rotating and reciprocating piston pressurizes and distributes fuel to individual pressure lines leading to the injection valves of the engine. In order to change the timing of injection with respect to the engine cycle, there is provided a mechanism to change the relative angle between the pressurizing piston and its drive means, which runs in synchronism with the engine. The mechanism operates hydraulically and is affected by the fuel pressure in the sump of the injection pump. There is also provided a hydraulic control valve mechanism which permits varying amounts of fuel to flow back from the sump to the low pressure side of the fuel delivery pump, thereby changing the injection timing. A primary control valve adjusts the sump pressure on the basis of engine speed while a secondary control valve adjusts the sump pressure on the basis of engine temperature in order to adapt the timing of fuel injection to engine starting and engine warm-up. Various embodiments are presented.
