The present disclosure relates to a system and method for detecting an object abnormality symptom based on a radar micro-Doppler. The system for detecting an object abnormality symptom based on a radar micro-Doppler includes a multiple input multiple output (MIMO) system configured to determine whether an object has a suspicious abnormality symptom by collecting information of the object and a beamforming antenna system configured to form an antenna radiation beam toward the object based on a result of the determination for the object having the suspicious abnormality symptom and to obtain three-dimensional (3D) micro-Doppler information.

A cloud system for a big data process, and an operation method thereof. A cloud operation method of processing big data includes: receiving a cluster rule; monitoring a cluster resource and a cluster task; adding a cluster resource based on the cluster rule and a cluster resource monitoring value; and replicating a cluster based on a cluster rule and a cluster task monitoring value, wherein the cluster rule may include at least one of a resource assignment threshold value, a resource amount to be assigned, a task threshold value, and a number of replicated clusters.

Disclosed is a device for controlling transmission power in CAN communication, including: a controller area network (CAN) interface configured to receive transmitted data through a CAN BUS; a message priority management unit configured to read an arbitration ID included in the received data, and determine a priority of the received data; and a transmission power level selection unit configured to determine a transmission power level according to the priority.
