Abstract: An apparatus and method for packet transmission that may retransmit a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ), receive a plurality of feedbacks in response to transmissions of a plurality of packets for retransmission, and retransmit, using a second component carrier, a packet transmitted using a first component carrier when a negative acknowledgement (NACK) feedback with respect to the first component carrier is received and an acknowledgment (ACK) feedback with respect to the second component carrier is received.
