Abstract: The present invention is capable of reducing a load of a processing operation of a user. That is, a console acquires an original image acquired from a radiographic image capturing device. The console performs image analysis process A to generate a purpose A image and performs image analysis process B to generate a purpose B image. The console detects a processing operation performed on the purpose A image by the user and performs image processing to generate the purpose A image, and sets, as handover processing, a processing operation corresponding to a definition of predetermined handover conditions. The console reflects the handover processing in the purpose B image. Further, the console detects a processing operation performed on the purpose B image by the user and performs image processing to generate a purpose B image.

In a case in which the grid stripe is detected, a process of removing the grid stripe from the radiographic image is performed and the radiographic image is displayed. In a case in which the grid stripe is not detected, a process of removing a scattered component from the radiographic image is performed and a radiographic image subjected to the scattered radiation removal process and a radiographic image before the process are displayed.

Abstract: A derivation unit acquires imaging conditions corresponding to order information received by a receiving unit based on a table stored in a storage unit and sets the imaging conditions in a radiation source control unit. The radiation source control unit controls a radiation source based on the set imaging conditions such that a radiographic image is captured. An acquisition unit acquires the actual values of the imaging conditions from the radiation source control unit. The derivation unit derives virtual grid characteristics based on the actual values of the imaging conditions. An execution unit acquires a captured radiographic image through a detector control unit. The execution unit performs a virtual grid process for the acquired radiographic image based on the virtual grid characteristics derived by the derivation unit and the acquired imaging conditions to generate a radiographic image from which the influence of scattered radiation has been removed.
