摘要: The present invention provides a battery charging circuit to charge batteries in phases. In a first charging phase the charging circuit charges the batteries with a large current and at a second charging phase the charging circuit charges the batteries with a much smaller current. The charging circuit includes a current detection circuit which detects a charge current and provides a detection voltage proportional to the charge current. The battery charging circuit also includes an amplifier circuit to amplify the detection voltage and a comparison module compares the amplified detection voltage with a reference voltage. If the amplified detection voltage is lower than the reference voltage, the comparison module outputs a switch signal to a control module. The control module controls a charging module to charge the battery in a trickle mode when receiving the switch signal.

摘要: A battery overheating protection circuit includes a thermal resistor samples the temperature of the battery and converts the temperature into a temperature voltage, a comparison circuit compares the temperature voltage with a reference voltage for judging whether the temperature of the battery is higher than the maximum reference temperatures temperature or not. If yes, the comparison circuit outputs a protection signal to drive a charging module to stop charging the battery in the charging process, and to cut off the conducting path to draw power from the battery in the discharging process. The present invention sets two different maximum reference temperatures during charging process and discharging process by a reference voltage module, which makes the maximum allowable discharging temperature is higher than the maximum allowable charging temperature.

摘要: A dual screen electronic device includes an E-paper display screen, an LCD screen, a command input unit, a touch input unit, and a processing unit. The E-paper display screen and the LCD screen are arranged on the same side of the electronic device. The command input unit corresponds to the E-paper display screen and produces a trigger signal to trigger the LCD screen. The touch input unit corresponds to the LCD screen and produces touch information in response to user operations. The processing unit receives the trigger signal and the touch information, and executes a function associated with the received trigger signal and touch information. If no touch information produced on the touch input unit over a predefined time, the processing unit drives the LCD screen to enter a rest mode; if a trigger signal is produced, the processing unit then wakes up the LCD screen.

摘要: A touch sensing apparatus is provided. A preferred embodiment of a touch sensing apparatus includes a sensor (13), an MCU (15), and an integration circuit (14). The sensor is for receiving electricity signals from an object that touches the sensor. The MCU (Microcontrol Unit) has a signal output port A and a signal input port B. The signal input port is connected to the sensor. The integration circuit interposes between the signal output port and the signal input port of the MCU. The signal output port outputs AC signals to the signal input port through the integration circuit. The integration circuit prolongs active transition times of the AC signals, and the MCU identifies a touch on the sensor when the active transition times of the AC signals fall in a predetermined range and accordingly implements a predetermined function.

摘要: A touch sensing apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a flip-flop (15), a sensor (13), an AC signal (14), and a detector (16). The AC signal supplies AC signals to the flip-flop. The flip-flop outputs a first output signal at the output of flip-flop when the sensor is not touched. The sensor receives electricity signals from the object, and causes a delay of the AC signal inputted to the first input of the flip-flop, the delay of the AC signal to be inputted to the first input of the flip-flop further causes the flip-flop to output a second output signal at the output of the flip-flop. The detector detects a change from the first output signal to the second output signal at the output of the flip-flop and accordingly identifies a touch on the sensor.
