    Abstract: An image capture device may be calibrated using calibration parameters. Optical medium through which the image capture device captures images may be changed. The calibration parameters of the image capture device may be dynamically modified to account for the change in the optical medium.     Abstract: Holistic systems and methods are used for calibrating image capture devices. An image capture device includes a lens, an image sensor, an inertial measurement unit (IMU), and an image signal processor (ISP). The image sensor detects images as frames and the IMU captures motion data. The ISP detects one or more key points on the frames and matches the one or more key points between the frames. The ISP computes one or more calibration parameters. The one or more calibration parameters are based on the matched key points and a model. The model includes an optical component, an IMU component, and a sensor component. The ISP performs a calibration using the calibration parameters.

    Abstract: Images may be captured by a moving image capture device. A reference image and a background image may be selected from the images. The reference image may include depiction of an object, with the object blocking view of the background. The background image may include depiction of the background blocked by the object in the reference image. An object layer may be generated by segmenting the depiction of the object from the reference image. A background layer may be generated by combining the depiction of the background in the background image with the reference image. The background layer may be blurred and combined with the object layer to generate a panning image.
